Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. The room is co-ed. We had a Himalayan stone massage and the Black Sand scrub with Vichy shower. The massage was very relaxing, and the stones felt smooth like hot liquid. The Vichy shower was new to me, it alternates between hot and cold water. It's supposed to help with circulation and detox. If the cold is too much they can switch it to all warm. It was fun.
