Fortunately, I am an internet sleuth and did massive amounts of research, so you don't have to. Aside from the fact that he is the top plastic surgeon in Dallas, his client reviews are also glowing. What stood out to me was how every review cited how much time he spends with you, whether it's a consultation or follow-up visit, etc. Even with this knowledge, I was still amazed by how very true those statements were. The night before my surgery, I had last-minute changes to my post-op care. He and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve MY issue. You will NEVER experience this with another doctor, nor their staff. He has a bedside manner that most do not, and he understands the importance of his name on his work. Anyone I encounter is shocked at how amazing I look since my surgery. Other places I go, for basic beauty/maintenance services (hair, nails, pilates), are beside themselves as they have seen their fair share of clients who have had plastic surgery, and they tell me that my results are the best they've ever seen. I can honestly say that I am glad I returned to do this procedure with Dr. White because he is simply the best. I was reluctant to do breast reduction at first because my friends had warned me about blood clots and things going wrong because of my age (60) etc. I am from California, so I confess that I consulted with two other plastic surgeons before doing my breast reduction, one of them is a famous reality TV plastic surgeon based in Southern California. Although I had done two successful surgeries with Dr. White, out of curiosity, I decided to get a consultation with "Dr. D". I must say that I was disappointed in that consultation with "Dr. D" because I didn't feel that confidence and professionalism that Dr. White exudes. Dr. White's expertise is top notch! He explains everything to you step by step. He makes you feel safe and gives you that feeling that you truly are dealing with someone with a high level of expertise that I appreciate because I know he will get it done right. And he does! Every single time without fail. This is why I chose Dr. White again and I will always choose him over any other plastic surgeon. Dr. White is a master at perfection. I was also disappointed with "Dr. Ds" staff, who are not as knowledgeable, friendly, or wonderful as Dr. White's team: the ladies are not only beautiful, but they are extremely knowledgeable and intelligent as well. They make you feel right at home. Dr. White's office is also always very neat, tidy, and elegant, which speaks volumes of Dr. White's professionalism. After that consultation with "Dr. D" in California, I was convinced I had to come back to Dr. White, and I am ever so happy that I did. As usual, my breast reduction went very well just like my two other procedures. I stayed at the hospital for one night after surgery and Dr. White came to visit me the next day. That was wonderful! I appreciate that because he took time away from his family and busy schedule to make sure I was fine. Everything went well so I was released to go home that day, and I didn't take a single Tylenol after I came home other than the prescribed pain meds the nurses gave me during my one-night stay at the hospital. I must say I have a high tolerance for pain; other patients may be different. I didn't take nausea meds either other than the emend pill 2 hours prior to surgery. After surgery, I put an ice pack on my tummy and that seemed to do the trick for me because I didn't have nausea at all. I still have not taken a single Tylenol or any other pain medication, and I am now four weeks into my recovery. After surgery, I was up and about the next day with mild discomfort and soreness, in fact, on day four of recovery, my husband drove us to my son's ring ceremony at Baylor University. No one could tell I had just had surgery! Dr. White also suggested I have Hyperbaric treatments to speed up healing and this is why I love Dr. White. He is always looking for the latest technology available to help his patients heal faster, be comfortable and pain free. When he recommended leg pumps to help prevent potential blood clots, I was elated! After my surgery, I immediately benefited from not having that horrible back pain that I used to have because of my large breasts. I feel great! Research foods, beverages and your meds that negatively and positively impact bleeding, bruising, swelling and healing. I developed a strict plan and stuck to it. I started 7 days prior to surgery. Day 4 post op - I adjusted my diet more around anti-swelling, being able to add salmon and some others back into my diet. I didn't deviate until week 4 post op. I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.

Dr. Schwartz was very knowledgeable, confiden on the subject and has a good eye. I trusted him to know what would look best on me.  The recovery was much easier than I had imagined it to be, thanks to the technique Dr. Schwartz used (there was very little down time and very little pain, if any). He also really listens to what you want and studies your inspo photos carefully to make sure you get the results you asked for. The process was very easy and everything happened really quickly. I wish I had met with him sooner because now I see there was nothing to be afraid of. It really feels like I've transformed into the body of my dreams in the blink of an eye! ThankYou !

I had been researching surgeons and booked consults with three different doctors. Two were referrals and Dr. Schwartz I found on my own. Consultation day was wonderful. Everyone at RS Plastics did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and confident about booking with Dr. Schwartz. I originally went in requesting a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction. After about 30 minutes of conversation, Dr. Schwartz had me convinced I could reduce my breast size without a lift to achieve my desired results. I wasn't at all concerned about the scarring, but thought if I could reduce my size to a C with a less invasive surgery that was the way to go. Surgery day came and went and I waited a full 8 months hoping my results would somehow change as I continued to heal. They did not. I am still in the same bra size with more sag than before. My right breast now comes to a rounded point and is noticeably lower than the left. The scarring around my belly button and mid tuck has left me feeling more insecure than ever. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Schwartz and was told if I were to do a lift and reduction in size my breasts would be concave. He also told me since I wanted to avoid scarring I couldn't go any smaller. As I mentioned earlier, I originally went in wanting a lift and had no concerns about scarring. As far as my belly button, he said he had no control over how I healed. His solution was to schedule another procedure for a breast lift, he'd wave the surgeon fee and attempt to comp the implant. Another surgery would cost thousands and I had already invested thousands trusting in the outcome. I left the office feeling angry and disappointed. I have decided not to return to Dr. Schwartz for another procedure. I have consulted with another surgeon who assured me my breasts in no way would be concave. Unfortunately, I'm left with the bellybutton and uneven scarring from my tummy tuck. They will fade over time and I can hopefully reduce the raised scarring. After having three children and saving up for a procedure that was supposed to give me my confidence back, saying I'm disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. I contemplated what to write so many times. I hope this review helps guide other women in their search to find the right surgeon. All I can do is be honest about my experience and allow others to do with it what they will. I will attach photos of my tummy tuck results.

Even though that was what my appointment was for, Theresa took one look at me and told me we were going to do an oxygen facial instead. Loved her direct manner, competency, & humor. She knows what she's doing, and she knows she knows what she's doing. This confidence made me trust her. And I'm glad I did! That oxygen facial is what my skin craved. It looked calmer, less red, and felt fabulous. Not only that, but Theresa gave me the BEST hands, feet, and shoulder rub down I've EVER had. I wanted more.
