This is where 3 Sons Limo and Transportation come in. I looked at the cost of Uber, Lyft, and other car services and the roundabout airport shuttle for 3. 3 Sons Limo quoted me $150 from Sedona for us plus gratuity. I was ready to pay $170. At this cost we are getting a Mercedes C class to take us to PHX this Saturday. No hassles of taking the shuttle from the Rental Car facility to the terminal. I will update my review after our ride. The customer service as of now has been stellar. I feel confident that our ride will go without a hitch Even if it was just myself I would take a car service because of the comfort it provides me with.

This time in September 2025 was much better my driver was John and was polite, safe and got us there relatively quickly with a short stop in chevron. On the way back to Phoenix I had another John who drives part time in retirement- he was great driver, nice communication, and it was a smooth trip. Overall a good experience.

If life happens and you have to cancel, you're stuck with a credit. But what if you don't travel often? What if you actually need your money back? If you call even a few hours after booking, they will flat-out refuse to return your cash. This is a corrupt business model that puts money over customer loyalty. Absolute thieves.
