Leo is really taking it upon himself to take good care of my yard and he's quick to reply, professional, and just a sweetheart. I'm not in town often after he's worked on the yard, so he will send pictures when he is done, which I didn't ask him to do but he understands the value of showing his work and communicating with clients. This is a big value add and his rates are quite reasonable. I even asked him to give me a quote for some front and backyard improvements so I hope to expand the scope of his work at my house soon because I think his quote is very fair.
