Then the owner said it was fees charged by the credit card company. So here we have a 92 year old veteran that through not fault of his own was rushed to the hospital the night before his transport and has been denied $50 of his $143 payment. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Your told one thing by the person taking the calls and another by the owner. You took the money with no problem but to get a full refund you suddenly have "policies".

Early to pick you up and always on time for my appointments. The drivers understand you may not be feeling well and always try to make your ride as comfortable as possible. No one can predict traffic, traffic accidents,or other emergency.s but they try their best to avoid them. They are well informed about your trip, and know the way to get you there, they don*t even mind if you know a shorter route lol. they*re always cheerful even though they may have had a long day, and some of you have gotten on their last nerve! In addition the office person named Linda Murphy was very aggressive and rigid. She contacted a family member and discussed my personal business with this person, without my permission. This person - was not on my paperwork as contact, subsequently Home Instead broke all of the confidentiality rules of today, legally not allowed to happen. Also, They pay their employees an embarrassing low hourly rate, while charging the client close to $25.00 per hour. Overall a very disappointing experience. Would not use again. Would not recommend this company located in Whitehall PA.
