Unfortunately, All Out Plumbing and Mechanical missed the mark to do major work for sewer and pipe replacements. When we hired them to replace the new pipes, they didn't remove all the old pipes from the crawl spaces until we pointed out to them to have the old pipes removed. They also demanded payment right after they replaced the pipes without inspecting if the pipes were working properly. All Out Plumbing and Mechanical is a very bad company in NOT KEEPING a one-year warranty to inspect all plumbing works and redo camera video as their promise. When we contacted them a few months later regarding the one-year warranty, they kept pushing our appointment out... beyond the one year. They canceled our one-year warranty inspection appointment at the last minute. Many times to reschedule appointments a few more weeks out again and again... We were beyond frustrated by their many excuses on why they could not come nor follow through with their one-year warranty contract agreement. Likewise, they were unhappy when we tried to follow up on setting up an appointment. We tried contacting the owner but he ignored our letters... and, out of the blue, without communication and confirmation of any appointment, All Out Plumbing dispatched a technician to open an outline on our property and did a very brief camera of our line, without our knowledge (less than 15 minutes from set up to clean up before verbal exchange with tenant who did not expect to see All Out Plumbing with some device down the pipelines). Until today, All Out Plumbing has not release the follow-up video of our pipelines nor provided any recommendations. Anyhow, it is sad that we have to post this review since we do not want to say bad things about a company, but we feel obligated to share with the public that you should be careful if you hire All Out Plumbing as they are NOT professional and NOT trustworthy.

Izaiah also found a leak on my other shower while he was performing the repairs I requested. He again gave me a reasonable quote and came a few days later to fix the issue. The fact that he found this issue and pointed it out will save me lots of money in the long run so I really appreciate him identifying the issue and letting me know so that I can get it fixed. He also uses a nice pricing system which sends you your quote via text. You also get your receipts that way, so you can print them off for whatever you might need. I really like Izaiah and his team. This was not done. It appears the water was simply turned off and on, but no cleaning or maintenance was completed. Some problems were actually created by the service. Here are the issues I found after having a "professional" examine the unit. Here is a list of the issues I have with the service work that was done very poorly, and even damaging. 1. As the tenants were moving out, I went by and saw the ac was leaking water bad. They were told the pan was rusted so that's just how it was. In looking at it, the pads were clogged and never cleaned nor changed or suggested to be done. I had asked specifically for this to be checked and changed if needed. A rusted out pan was not the problem nor was a solution provided. This situation resulted in a large amount of water and leaking water daily. 2. The overflow hose was directed to spray directly into the fan, which makes no sense and can create so many issues, including rot and rusting of the AC unit, ducting, and surrounding structures. 3. Almost 2 inches of dirt and silt was in the bottom of the tray. There is no way the accumulation occurred within 3 months time. This shows it was not cleaned out, and I wonder if it ever was for any of the previous service calls. All of this resulted is very low airflow, water wasted and potential damage to many aspects of the home. I do not see any way these are remotely acceptable, and they are actually negligent. I feel these are very strong reasons to leave an appropriate review, especially as I was never contacted back for an explanation or attempt to rectify
