Their advice, turn off my air conditioning to lower my power bill. Thats great advice when it's over 100* outside. FU PNM rep. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

Sky addressed the immediate issue, creating temporary solutions that kept us going until we could make a decision about: - replacing the AC unit (for which the coolant was no longer made, so that was kind of a no brainer) - replacing the ductwork with larger-diameter ducts to accommodate the parts of the house that had been added before we moved in 26 years ago - replacing the entire furnace which was already 17 years old and kind of hacked together and not especially efficient We got bids for all 3 options and ended up with one of those as-long-as projects, the short version of which is that we have a brand new heating and AC system. We needed to upgrade our entire HVAC system due to rising energy costs. We had a furnace on propane…read moreand the cost to use it is almost prohibitive.The hubby is a professional commercial HVAC control's technician and did a lot of research and contacted Harter Electric. They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.
