She called the store and after speaking with several people, was told they would have one for her to pick up. The customer service desk was zero help, even after being informed there was a cord being held. She wouldn't even call around to check. We finally found someone who, after a few calls, got the cord. BUT does "customer service " have to be so difficult? I would never buy anything here.

We bought a Blue Mist Spirea, a Coreopsis and two Jupiter's Beard plants in mid June spending over $67. After careful planting, diligent watering and TLC one of the Jupiter's Beard plants died. Everyone else guarantees the plants they sell to be healthy and to survive for at least a year. But NOT Meadowlark Garden. A pretty shabby way to do business! They obviously have no concern for the quality of their plants and care even less for their customers. We won't be doing business with them again and recommend that others avoid them as well.
