My friend LH suggested this car wash place and since I've been with her several times, I can attest that it is indeed a well run shop. The ease of getting in and out makes it a no brainer. If you're busy, the exterior wash takes about 5 minutes. You can pre-pay at the kiosk where you enter. Edgar is the front man there, always smiling and friendly. He also is there to assist with the taping of the wipers and getting your car into the track where the belt takes the car in. There are several hands on deck here so the lines move quick. This visit I did the platinum wash... Wash, hot wax, rain-x treatment, and dryer was the usual exterior service. Then interior cleaning which I desperately needed. It's been ages since we cleaned the mats and they did a fabulous job. I think my vacuuming took longer since I had so much debris on the car floor. Sorry guys but thanks for the thorough cleaning. Ever since the new owner took over the quality of the wash is horrible; I purchased the unlimited exterior wash for 2 of my vehicles and not once have they been cleaned properly; dirt still on the car; they pick and choose which car the feel like really cleaning; it's really sad; if anyone would like there is a new car wash on the corner of Great Neck Road and Northern Boulevard; I had gone there last week and they did a great job; it's not like the unlimited here but there's isn't any point since your car will never get cleaned; I even heard them send a few cars back through the wash 2 to 3 times trying to get it right. The new car wash is nice; you pull into a bay; your car doesn't roll on tracks and they literally hand wash your car their great for $38 inside and out and they have a detail package as well. read more

Worst experience at a car wash ever. Couldn't stand the pollen on and in the car anymore. So instead of going to my regular guy which was out of the way today decided to try this one out since I was driving by. Worst decision I have made in years. Looked at the menu told the guy give the $25 one. Paid him. Got no receipt (paid cash) pulled up went through. Came out the other side and they tell me that was only exterior was No inside. What $25 for an exterior wash. Going to get back in the car and notice the quarter panel is scratched. I used to come here when it was Manhasset Carwash. They changed ownership and name, it's SO horrible now. They don't take the time to double check their work, always in a rush to finish everything. When I pointed out an area they missed they said it costs extra, but I paid the works which is one of the highest packages? Also pretty sure one of them fucked up my car by opening the engine and letting water in. He looked at me and smiled. Really unsettling place. Go to Great Neck Car wash instead, paid for the works and they took their time to get things right. read more

At first I thought that the staff was doing a really thorough job... I saw them working extended vacuuming and wiping down the interior and exterior of my car. For $25 cash ($27 if you pay by credit card) I thought it was a fair price for an exterior wash and interior clean. Once I left, however, I could see all the streaks on the outside and also on the inside of my car. My radio also stopped working correctly and I had to restart my car twice until it worked again. I have no idea what the staff did. They also left dirty smudge marks on the car frame, and the exterior wasn't fully cleaned (you stay in the car while it's washed my machines). I like the price point and the services that it offers especially during the pandemic when one may not feel comfortable having someone else in the car. The unlimited monthly exterior wash at an affordable price of $20 is a good deal. The idea is that after signing up at the drive through kiosk, each time you visit there will be a camera that scans your license plate, register the visit and you can then drive up to the automatic car wash. Depending on what you selected, the auto wash itself can be different, you can add in hot wax and a few other selectable options. My 8 year old enjoys the drive through wash with the colorful lights and we see it as a fun activity to stop for on the way in/out of our home. read more

This car wash is very reasonably priced, efficient and gets your car sparkling clean! I appreciate the very nice owner, Sonny, who took the time to actually email me to give me the rates. He was friendly and I was impressed that he wrote. Given the volume of customers at the place, he could have easily not reached out, but he really cares about his clients and his reputation. You can do an exterior wash and then get out to have the interior cleaned, or you can vacuum your interior yourself. These are great options at such a fair price, and in a great location. I'm so glad I discovered this place after paying double and having to stand around at other places! I will be returning regularly! read more

I have been using this place since they have new management, well this is express car wash, is not full service (unless you bought platinum package) so you have to vacuum your car by yourself as needed. But for me is good enough, usually I only vacuum my car before go in to the tunnel, the vacuum are so powerful do it will be quick and easy. One thing I really like about this place, they have the best automated car wash system in the neighborhood, their wash have automated tire rub and polish, you will never find this kind in the neighborhood. read more

I have used several car washes with my vehicle over the past two years without incident, including this one. On August 31, 2021 I went through this car wash and had my factory roof cross bar practically ripped off the roof resulting in damage to my vehicle. In my previous trips they always kept the overhead drying roller off the vehicle, as they said it could damage the rack. This time they neglected to do it and this is the result. Attempts to reach the owner have been futile and phone calls and personal visits to the car wash are unresponsive. At the time of the incident, the "supervisor" saw the damage and said "we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle!" Legally, this isn't true, but is nothing but a put off. I strongly suggest you use this place at your own peril. read more

It's very strange. First, I bought a monthly plan that includes tire shine. But they don't do the tires unless you tell them to as they're walking away. Then, on July 22nd they sent me a coupon for a "victory wash" which expired July 29. When I pulled up to the nonmember gate on July 29 it went up as I am a member, but without giving me the victory wash. They basically said too bad, come back another day, but the coupon expired and they would not extend the coupon. Very bad customer service at this place. read more

The rear windshield wiper was broken by the raceway machinery. They tried to use tape to fix it. No use cost was over 160$ to replace. This place is perfect for people who don't want to spend over $30 on one wash. I love the deal they have, where you only pay $10 a month for exterior wash. I personally like to clean the inside of my car on my own, since I know I can do a more thorough job so this place is perfect. The exterior wash is done through the machine, and you drive into it on your own. Even though my cars not perfect when it comes out, it gets the job done. I have tried the first month plan, didn't really like it . So I went to cancel 2 weeks before the plan ended. The guy at the gate cancelled for me. But I still got charged for this month after 2 weeks~!! I emailed the owner, owner said customers in fact need to cancel in via email! But okay, he said it was cancelled. Days after, my credit card was still charge for the next month payment! It is a scam for customers? They think they can charge our cards anytime they want? I needed to get my Subaru washed and the interior thorough cleaned. Most importantly I needed to eliminate the odor of stale cigarette smoke and 12-year old boy hockey equipment, as I was lending my car to my Mother who was visiting from Florida. I sent an email to the address on the website explaining what I needed and inquiring about the cost, and they responded within 3 minutes. I got the Platinum Wash for $47, and the owner called the manager and instructed him to use the Ozone machine for 15 mins after the car wash was done. The car looks and smells great! read more

I was there recently and the machine you pull up to pay says wait for attendant. No attendant came. So I used the touch screen myself. I tried to pay with applepay but their sensor wasn't working. Then I pulled out my physical credit card to pay and swiped it, but it said it couldn't read my card. I tried to swipe it 4-5 times before the charge finally went through so I could enter the car wash. A few days later I experienced fraudulent charges on that exact credit card! My credit card number was stolen! Their machine skimmed my card. I know it was them because I NEVER use a physical card anymore, only applepay. BEWARE. read more

Went here on Sunday for the first time since the ownership changed - what a delight! My 4-year-old had a blast going through the car was and, good heavens, what a job this place did on my car's interior. $40 well spent - they spent close to 30 mins cleaning the interior, was like a brand-new car when they were done. What I like most about this place is how the owner goes after people who leave whiney Yelp reviews. I love these people complaining because the new owner doesn't accept coupons from the former business, or someone else complains because their car is now so clean that they can see scratches that weren't visible when the car was filthy. If you have a legitimate complaint, fine. But if you're on here complaining because the owner didn't give you something for free or your car is too clean, this owner is going to call you out. Love it! I will be back to Manhasset Express Wash to have my car cleaned and I will be back to this Yelp page to see this owner attack whiney and miserable people who take their problems out on small business owners. read more

Just moved here from California and this is an amazing car wash. First of all the negative reviews don't understand this business model. This is an EXPRESS wash which means you get cheap high quality exterior washes, and if you want to clean the inside you do it yourself. This is standard in California and all over the country but I guess it's not common in New York. $10 for an outside wash is dirt cheap. The last review doesn't understand that unless you buy the premium service you are only getting an EXTERIOR wash. However my second time going I did spend $40 and get a platinum wash and it was almost like a detail. They cleaned every corner of the inside, doors panels seats everything. I couldn't have cleaned it better myself. Bottom line is if you want a good thorough interior cleaning you have to spend the money. Otherwise it's a bargain for a good outside wash read more

I usually wash my car at the Great Neck car wash on Northern Boulevard using the Executive wash but decided to try out Manhasset's Platinum wash. First time trying it out and it's good so far. The inside of my car is cleaner than Great Neck's. They are efficient and work hard. One difference was my worry that the wipers are not taped. I was careful not to trigger the wipers. It all went well. Deserving of their good tip as I did in Great Neck, I think I might now stick with Manhasset for bi-weekly car washes. read more
