The only place I take my Lincoln Navigator. Their $2 off Tuesday is a great deal. They pre scrub your vehicle very throughly and I've never paid more then the $7 wash and my truck has always looked amazing after. But, if by chance, your vehicle doesn't come out looking showroom clean, well then, drive through for a second wash---Free Of Charge!! Yup, your heard me right-- a second wash of equal value---FREE. And no questions asked. I'll be honest, my truck has been extremely dirty a few times where I have taken them up on their guarantee, and they were more than happy to let me drive through again. On Tuesday, it can be a small wait if the weather is awesome, but the line goes fast. They also have bays, so you can wash your own car/truck, and they have very strong vacuums and a change machine that always works, thats a huge deal breaker in my book---a change machine thats always "out of order". This place is top-notch in my book, and the price is right, even if not on a Tuesday. read more

I like Jon's, I just wish they had a mirror for aligning your tires to get on the track. They need this because the power-washing guys don't guide you. Luckily, I've never hit my tire/rim, but I see people do it and it's just frustrating trying to pull up with no guidance. In fact, they don't pay attention to anything. They tell you to pull in inches from the car in front of you and then they don't power wash your grill. One of the last times I went through I had to give a dirty look to one of them because his partner was standing there on his phone and not power washing that whole side of my car.. This particular location is the worst of all of the Jons locations. Every time I pull in, the employees have an angry look on their face. They barely spray off the car and the employee has his hand on the button to immediately send the car through. By the time I pull in, and put the car in neutral, I let off the brakes and my car is already rolling down the line. Their is no effort in spraying off the car, seems like their objective is to just get the car wet and not clean. They never spray off the wheel wells. I have the monthly pass on 3 vehicles of mine. This happens all the time I come through in my vehicle, seems like the employees goal is to get back inside and sit down and be on their phones. I am on the verge of canceling. Very frustrating. read more

Do NOT use a credit card- it over charges and if YOU don't catch it, you'll get charged $12 for a wash!! THEY don't contact YOU, and YOU have to go to THEM to get your overcharge back. They KNOW it does this. They are DISHONEST. read more

Today I had an incident that reminded me why this is not only my favorite car wash, but the only one I'll ever go to so long as I live in the state of Michigan. I went to use their free air, and with 3 out of my 4 tires the air was filled no problem. When I went to the 4th tire, little did I know the machine was sucking all of my air out of the tire! I ended up with a flat, and stuck with what to do next. At 8 am, they are not long after just opening, 26 degrees outside, two gentlemen came outside after, one which may be the manager(I think) and another dude that was there to assist. These guys fixed the machine by changing the hoes or whatever it was they needed to change, and were determined to get my tire filled. Sure enough, it was filled. I gave them each a little tip, for taking care of me in such cold weather conditions, and one of the gentlemen came back with a free wash code to hand to me as I was talking to my buddy! I was in shock as these guys did enough for me sitting outside but to also give me a free wash meant way more then the actual free wash. It made me feel like all the years coming here and being loyal to this place was well worth it. God bless the two guys that helped me, and I hope that if management/owner sees this, they will look into who these two guys were (unfortunately I didn't Get a name) and give them both a bonus. They deserve it 100%. People like these are the ones we need in our community, and deserve extra rewards when they are working at our local businesses and genuinely looking out for customers like they did with me. read more

Just had another antenna ripped off. First one car was over 12 years old sigh says too old so I never said anything. Now my new Truck , Still waiting for a call back to get it replaced.I also are a club member. On this wash I went thew I noticed right brushes moving faster than normal, as my outside mirror was going from set to bent to set about 3 times, than the antenna ripped off. It used to be decent but now they added 3 'toll booths' to help split the line up and most likely get rid of 1 or 2 more employable jobs. The problem is, the timing on the booths is crap. I had been in line with other cars and a truck pulled in off the street into a recently cleared booth and was put in line before 4 other cars that were waiting over 20 minutes. This continually occurred. They need cameras to make sure it's first come, first served. And $9 for a crap car wash that was supposed to 'brighten' my wheels and clean my truck. My wheels didn't even look like they were touched, and neither did my hatchback or the bottom half of my car. Won't be going back. read more

Completely satisfied with the touchless car wash today. The spotless spray worked perfectly and your wash is the best. Although my car exterior is treated and highly finessed, your $7.00 touchless wash effectively removes road salt/dirt from body/wheels and looks hand wiped after the wash cycle. For many years use your touchless wash during winter months. Not all car washes are the same as yours. read more

I have used Jon's Car Wash on Milano for several years. The first years were great. Now, not so much. The wait with the new system is much greater and now more expensive. When I first used Jon's my car always came out clean and dry. Now it is never dry and my car is not as clean as it used to be. Very disappointed. I have gift cards to use and will search for an alternative car wash when they are finished. read more

Took my truck there for a wash. When I came out the other end I had to stop and swing my mirrors out. When I did this I noticed a lot of dirt that was missed on the truck. So I took it around for another pass through the wash and it was in the same condition after I the second pass. By this time I was just too frustrated, obviously their equipment is incapable of washing a vehicle properly. I had to take my truck home and wash it by hand in the cold! read more

Not very good. The guy was rude when I asked him to flip my passenger mirror back into place since I was being rushed (the guy was swooshing his hands for me to move) and I was the only one in car. Had my tip out, but after that i didn't give one. Never going back. read more
