I told him about the poor customer service skills he was showing and his response was "your parents lied to you your entire life" and then hung up on me. This place damaged my rim cover and spoiler. I called multiple times and kept getting ignored even though the owner said he's going to call me back. When I visited the car wash and talked to the owner, he showed me the SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE WHICH CLEARLY SHOWED THEY WERE AT FAULT. Even seeing the evidence with his own eyes, he still just said "I'll call you back." Eventually he told me he refused to recover the damage and I was at fault, when his car wash ripped off my spoiler and the camera caught everything. Very dishonest and unprofessional. read more

This is my first car wash since the pandemic started. I know...that's an excuse. The pandemic didn't stop me from going to a self-serve car wash, and I realize that full-serve car washes have been open for some time. But, with the weather getting nicer, I'm finally noticing how terrible my car looks. Underneath the road grime and bird poop is a nice looking car. I did consider going to a self-serve car wash, because it's cheaper. But, I decided to give this car wash a try. I'm very glad I did. I got the top of the line car wash, which cost $10, and my car looks beautiful again. For everything you get, I happily left a $5 tip. It's still a bargain for that price. The two guys who scrubbed down my car before it went through the automated wash really worked their butts off getting every last stain off my car. I am truly astounded by how well they did. Now, I can actually see things out of my back up camera, instead of this weird psychedelic blur. I can see through my entire windshield, and not just the windshield wiper shaped curve. I went to Mega Shine Car Wash today Saturday 01-20-2024 to use my free car wash coupon card. It did not have an expiration date on it. When I tried to use it today I was refused by the attendant who said the coupon expired. Not happy here as I waited 20 minutes behind other cars ahead me and to have to refuse me the free car wash! For those who have received a free coupon BEWARE! It was not honored and no expiration date shown!!!!! You will be refused a free car wash! BTW, I use to go to this car wash all the time when it used to be called "Tunnel of Sudds" then they changed the name and then raised up the prices from $5.00 a car wash to $20 a month membership! I missed the $5.00 car wash days. Update: Owner wrote me back and said to stop by between 8am-9am or 6pm-7pm and get a $5,.00 car wash. I stopped by on 01-22-2024 @6pm and they are closed!!! I took my car here once. It was in April 2007. The employee who used the brush on my car before entering the automated portion of the wash damaged my vehicle. He simply was not careful and put a long scratch along the bumper of my then brand new (3 days old) car. The dealership estimated that the repair would cost around $350.00! I immediately made a complaint to the car wash at the time of the incident, which, the employees on staff at the time acknowledged and agreed with. I found it interesting that 2 other customers were making complaints while I was there. Anyway, they told me the manager would follow-up. As you can imagine, I received the run-around. The manager, of course, stated that my car must have already had the scratch on the bumper and so on. I pointed out that his employees witnessed the incident and admitted to the mistake. The manager stated that l was lying as the owner of the car wash, Timothy Driscole, trained his employees to deny responsibility for any damage they cause. I persistently pursued and followed up with the car wash, but I never received any compensation. I will never go back. read more

This place gets a bad rep and reading through the reviews I can see why. I can also say that it changed ownership or management in the last 3 to 4 months. This change is for the better. They did raise the price from $2 to $3 but the quality of the car wash is better. The people who work here now are very nice. read more

Pretty good wash for 4 dollars. No line. Dirtiest my car has been and after it was the cleanest it's ever been. Vacuum worked great, But as like any car wash I ran out of time while vacuuming. Only $.75 so not bad. I will return. Ps new management has turned this into a great wash! read more

Ummm I couldn't take the dirt or salt anymore on the car today so I purchased the "BEST" wash. Shit, spitting would have been better. They didn't even bother to spray the car before letting it go down the line, and they were not busy. It was me and they had 3 "employees" standing there looking stupid. NEVER AGAIN read more

Bad business ethics. Took my car here and it ripped my driver side mirror off. The manager wasn't there so they had me fill out this paper of the event and he would call me, that never happened so 1 week later on my way to Maaco to get it fixed ($150) stopped by and talked to manager. He said they were not responsible for side mirrors which every car has. Tried to make excuses like maybe it was loose, maybe it was rusted. Well it was the plastic that snapped when roller came in to hard and it was fine just had new paint job. The employee working when it happened said that happens because they have to adjust them sometimes. Still not responsible, so if you don't want your car damaged, don't go there. read more
