If you have a rack on the vehicle, they don't wash the top of the car which includes hood and windshield. They still charge full price for half the car washed. They have a sign about 100% satisfaction. GO TO JAX. I canceled all 3 of my vehicles. read more

Went to the Shelby location this past Friday Feb 14th. Long line at all express lanes and someone was selling memberships in each line. I asked the girl why they were selling memberships in the express lane and she said "So what if I am, Jax owns this car wash now, get used to it". Wife's brand new truck goes through their tunnel, they have some kind of malfunction and the track stopped. While sitting in the tunnel and extremely anxious as soap is spraying everywhere, she can't see a thing and boom, the brush comes across and damages her hood. Long story short, they made up 3 different stories, credited her 4 months of car washes but refuse to fix the damage. We don't want free car washes, we want our vehicle fixed as this was their mistake! Contacted managers, employees, went there multiple times and all they do is defer to one another and throw each other under the bus! They show me a video and say her car didn't get damaged! When they first opened it was great. Now... not so much. They no longer spray your car down prior to enter the car wash so those big spinning brushes, they smear the heavy dirt and grime across your nice paint. They also no longer brush your rims before you go through, so rims come out almost as dirty as they were when you went in. I'll be cancelling this membership today because it's no longer worth the monthly membership fee of $19.99. Enough is enough. I can do a better job at the quarter car wash. read more

About a year ago I ran through this wash because of its convenient location and free vacuums. Seemed a bit expensive but once I got past that it was ok. Then one day I ran through with bugs on my car and didn't know there was an additional fee for a dirty car. The bugs didn't come off. The employee then told me he'd only run me through once more because I didn't pay the premium. Still wasn't clean. Today, hall and hayes was a mess and we were eating at ny deli next door so I swallowed my pride and paid the dirty car premium, and needless to say, even with the money paid and the spray gingerly applied, I still have a dirty car. No one will have to worry about me being in the way here. They pulled the last $13 out of my pocket. I'll never bother the employee on his smoke break anymore either. Awful place, awful service. My wife and I went through your car wash for the first time ever on Sat Sept 21st,2024 between 11am-12pm bought the ultimate wash($20). I went to get her oil changed on Tuesday the following week I played radio was static so checked car and saw antenna was completely tore off and I know it was for sure car wash because we went straight home after that day and never drove until then. I've never had a issue with this at any other car wash but I remember yours was very rough and slammed quite frequently against the car. Your young lady manager as per trained went immediately to your sign that says you don't cover anything which we quickly said can we have your boss number please. She said you will be bought out by Jax and maybe some of this will get fixed or corrected. I know you deal with a lot of this I'm sure and if this would have been like a $100 fix I would have ate it and moved on but this is Wayyyy higher and doesn't sit well with me. I work in automotive it would have been over $500 but, got my manager to give me a deal on part and labor and got it down to $428.55. We are Christians and believe in being fair and kind. I'm not looking for the full amount back but a reasonable refund amount back to make this right. I will enclose the bill and go ahead and look at your video at those times you will see our orange 2024 Trax go through. And not to mention, the dryers do not get the job done at the end of the wash and literally leave half your car soaking wet resulting in water stains... Fraudulently billed twice. Signed up for the "good" wash plan in January 26th and paid $1 for the first month. However in February, my credit card was billed for the "ultimate" wash plan; therefore, I cancelled my service altogether on March 20th. My credit card was not billed in March since I had cancelled, yet in April it was charged for the "good" plan. After I had cancelled in March, I expected Clean View Auto Wash to delete my credit card information from their system, but apparently not. Appears they retain your credit card information in order to fraudulently bill you in the future. BTW, I have contacted them on several occasions to resolve these issues but they do not return calls or emails. read more

They used to be very good. For the past 3 months they no longer bother to spray off my trucks running boards before going through the wash. I'd always tip for the little extra effort it took to spray them down. Now , they never power spray .... and they're ALWAYS dirty after the wash! My car still had a significant amount of dirt on it, especially in the wheel wells and rims. I had emailed about it being dirty after doing one of the more expensive end washes. I no longer live close to their locations, but work close by one. They said they would make it right and to come back, and they would make it right. However, when I went they informed me that they cannot spray your car/suv before going through a car wash. They didn't really try to do anything to make it right. I went for the most expensive wash because "if it doesn't look clean after going through once you can go back through". My car still came out with dirty wheel wells, Back hatch, and rims. It's a very quick wash but does a very nice job and I am always pleased with how my car comes out. Alright... enough is enough, I've gotta come clean (pun intended). We've been taking advantage of you guys for too long. We pay for monthly passes on two cars (my wife's and mine) and have been on the monthly plan for a little over a year. Now, I gotta tell yuh, We abuse the S#%* out of those monthly passes. I mean... really abuse them. We aim for puddles, road kill, and purposely park under sapping trees, hell... we don't even hand out Halloween candy anymore because 'we ain't afraid of some egging fools'! Sometimes I'll just drive through with a perfectly clean car because I like the soap smell that comes through the vents or I just need a super quick nap while getting pulled through the wash. I mean... I can't believe you guys put up with us?!?! Every time we come through, Were half expecting to be turned away! But Nope, you guys just roll with the punches, smile and do a great job....again. On a serious note, John and the whole team there are incredible. It's actually awesome to see how hard these guys work and how detail oriented the staff is. Just read two negative reviews on this place, and I can honestly tell you, there a bit out of proportion. I have very rarely found these guys closed when I needed them. By rarely I obviously mean never - because what image conscious vampire washes their car at 3am??? Additionally, the team is DEFINITELY NOT PUSHY SALESMEN. They do a good job of saying hello to as many people as they can that come through and yes, they communicate their specials to guests. So I guess they are in fact pushy, in a PBS show kinda way. The service has only gotten better over the last year and I'm very grateful to have these guys so close to home. I am so beyond disappointed. I was at the carwash 5/3 vaccuuming my vehicle i just left the bank my envelope fell and the vacuum sucked up two $20 so fast i tried to grab it with no luck. I asked for assistance it took awhile as he proceeded to walk away and do other things finally he came over witg a post it i put my name and number and vaccuum #2. He told me that he wasn't able to open the machine and he would call me when they closed no call. Worst customer service ever. Paid for a wash and it did not remove snow or ice. Went back to check on it and and they told me they "don't guarantee snow or ice". The problem is you didn't even bother to try the first time. Now I'm not talking a little bit here or there. It was left on the window jams under the wiper on the passenger side... everywhere! Could've ran it through again. No attempt to resolve what so ever. You have lost a customer forever and everyone else will never be referred. Ok it's a 4.5, only bc they don't wipe off your car after the wash, ( at least just the windows) but overall this is by far the best car wash ever! The vacuums are free and they SUCK! I like it because the people are nice and it is so close to me house, but my only complaint is having to park and dry my car when I truly just want to get in and out. I've considered driving out to go to Jax Car Wash because they towel dry the car once you've pulled out. It takes them 10 seconds and I feel that the car wash was worth it when I pull out with no water spots. If Clean View towel dried the car I'd have years membership right now. There are many options that make this a 5 stat rating. The inside cleaning vacuums are the best. Everything right there. The drive thru car wash cleans entirely equally. The GM over at the 23 mile location called me a "scammer" multiple times today. I've been going to this location for the past year. I have a Turo fleet of cars that we take through there often. We have had numerous issues with the billing of thesr cars as well as my own personal cars. I recently purchased a new car and transferred the plate from my previous vehicle. I visited the Hayes location on October 14th, asked specifically if my new vehicle would qualify for the $7 promotion, to which I was told YES. Fast forward to today when I was informed that my account had been cancelled and that I was scamming them. The GM would not give me his full name and instead of taking accountability for his employees mistake, he was adament that I was scamming them. To be clear, I understood that the new car did not qualify because it has the same plate as my old car, but it never crossed my mind when I asked and frankly, it wasn't my job to know their policy. The problem here is someone from your leadership team literally accused me of stealing even after he understood what had happened. He said he stands behind his computer which suggested I was scamming them. He showed zero remorse for his words or actions. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed so no one will ever have to go through the ignorance I endured today. read more
