I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.

Worthmann Roofing replaced our roof in May 2022. By fall 2023, it leaked. They came out, did a…read morequick repair, and patched the ceiling. Less than a year later, the leak returned. They found rotted wood and visible mold. A storm also blew off shingles around the same time. I reported everything immediately and followed up multiple times. After months of silence, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. They never replied. It is now January 2026. Worthmann has gone completely silent, no repairs, no updates, no accountability. I've filed formal complaints with the state and BBB. Extremely disappointed in how they've handled this. Warranty means nothing if a company disappears when it matters. Update (April 2026): After filing formal complaints, a representative from Worthmann Roofing contacted me. They indicated they are working on a plan to address the issue. As of now, I have not yet received a written repair plan or timeline, and the matter remains unresolved. I will update again once there is a concrete plan and the work is completed.

The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.

The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project.
