But they took us in, fixed the tire and didn't tell if it's a hole or not and put the tire back and charged me $25. When I picked up the van, I was told they had to order a lug nut, but they couldn't get one back on. They told me to come back the next day, and they would fix it. When I got home, my husband looked, and the wheel stud was bent, which is why the lug nut wouldn't go on, and oil was spilled all down the side of the motor. When my husband called and spoke to Mr. Pinkston, he was told the lug nut was rusted, and that's why the stud was bent, and that he was sorry, but this is the world we live in. I will never settle for convenience again I will stay with our trusted mechanics at Woodies in Mint Hill for my 2013 van and schedule service ahead of time.
