Our dog has been thru a very lengthy illness since February and they have been both caring and prompt about seeing her and the car she was given. When she was in the hospital over the weekends the Dr. and Staff made arrangements for us to stop by and visit her, even tho it isn't regular hours. Dr. Bingham and his staff have given us 110%.

I would highly recommend them. This is the first time I drove to the new facility and it is so impressive. And the dogs were all amazing. Had I not had my heart set on this one particular one, there were many others that would've made perfect pets. I am very happy with my connection I made today and my new pup is full of joy. He seemed rather unsure of me at first, but now that he's had a few walks, a couple naps, met some of the neighbors.....he's all over me and I have been covered in dog slobber. Amazing experience! Worker said directly to me that she wouldn't sell me a particular fish because my aquarium is not 50 gal. When did PetSmart employees start micro managing my hobby? This is just my opinion but I do not think that it is any of PetSmart employees place to tell me how to spend my own money. Its my money, my aquarium, my time she wasted! That fish may have been a gift for someone but she refused to retrieve the fish for us. So if you go to Florence AL PetSmart and they ask you what sz aquarium you have I would not tell them or I would tell them it's not their business. I guess I appreciate advise if I asked for it but I did not! If they are now deciding what fish you can buy based on the size of the aquarium I guess you can't buy over weight dogs what ever kind of food you choose and you certainly can't buy a small dog a big dog toy!!
