They complained about putting SIX bottles of sparkling wine in ice for us and did not help with cake service as was agreed upon. As I said, the bartender was literally the best part of the entire CRAVE experience. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, so I know it can be the pits, but this had to be one of the easiest catering gigs and the two servers assigned to our wedding, as well as CRAVE catering really dropped the ball. Instead of alleviating the pressure and stress of one of the busiest (and best) days of my life, they added to it. I work too hard to let this slide. I would recommend Jay as a bartender anytime. We started with the strawberry lemonade, which was delicious, not overly sweet, with just enough fresh fruit pulp to make it unique and incredibly refreshing. Since we couldn't decide, we split two entrées: the Lovin' Onion croissant sandwich (savory) and the Chopped & Topped salad (a little on the sweeter side). The sandwich was soft and fresh, with the perfect salty tang from the pickles and a satisfying crunch from the fried onions. The salad was a bed mix of greens topped with chicken salad and chopped strawberries. Light and perfectly balanced. We cleaned our plates completely. The small slice of homemade carrot cake that came with the salad was such a lovely add after a lighter dish, and the chocolate-covered strawberries felt like the icing on the cake of an already wonderful meal. Loved every minute of it. The staff was incredibly kind, too. Already looking forward to coming back and enjoying the patio this spring. Definitely a new fave in Gallatin.
