We've been with TLE since it first opened back in 2018. To say we've had a great experience would be an understatement. Their teachers, staff, and directors are the kindest, most caring people. The curriculum and program set our children well ahead of their peers when they started K-12 - but the kids still get plenty of time to play! I love how they have splash pad water days every week in the summer, and so many special activities and events through the year. The kids get a very balanced nutrition and I love that I get regular updates in the app each day. To see pictures of your little one having so much fun and what they are learning - makes it so much easier to be away from them. I'm so glad we found TLE and I can't recommend this school enough! read more

We took a swing, after seeing these reviews, right when the pandemic started. And I'm glad we did. I can tell you that the biggest complaint we have is that our sloppy kid is sloppy sometimes at the end of the day. Let me translate that: literally the only thing I can possibly find to complain about is a direct result of my kid being a human tornado. These people do a great job with my mini human, and he is very happy around them, well-fed, and is progressing the way a toddler should. In response to the franchise owner's comments of my wife's (Rosanna B.) review: Sanjay, let me start by saying that your interpretation of my feelings for TLE are exaggerated. I felt TLE was convenient and my son seemed to enjoy attending for the most part... However, after reading your response to my wife and hearing of other unfortunate issues related to the facility and you personally, I feel compelled to respond. 1) To say that my wife used to "sneak" nuts into my son's backpack is completely false. Our son is a picky eater and we were trying to ensure he was at least eating something while he was at the facility. There was never any malice on our part in sending him with cashews. We were only made aware ONCE that the nuts were an issue and upon learning this, stopped sending them with him immediately. It was a simple oversight on our part not realizing there may have been nut allergies at the facility. Also, I was the one picking my son up each day, so if this was an ongoing issue, why was it NEVER brought to my attention?? 2) To call my wife insulting names, question her parenting on a public forum, and call out my toddler son's name in your response is beyond unacceptable!! I will be filing a formal compliant with TLE's corporate office on the basis that you are an incompetent franchise owner, who has attempted to defame my wife's character, and invaded my family's right to privacy. You, sir, have bigger issues you should be focusing your energy on. Why don't you address the unusually high employee retention issues at your franchise, ensure that you employ staff who do not physically restrain and shake children (which I have witnessed and was noted in the state's latest audit of your franchise), actually teach the TLE curriculum that was marketed to us, and better manage your franchise's cash-flow situation (i.e. it's none of my concern how much you pay your teachers or that my wife's comments have "taken money out of your pocket" as you stated to me). To those parents in the market for childcare and considering TLE, I would say this: If this is how the franchise owner responds to negative reviews on Yelp, what else is going on behind closed doors? Do not send your kids there, please don't! They mistreat children, they are careless and they don't teach them anything, The learning experience at Eastmark is the worst daycare my son has ever been in. There's a lot of turn over, the teachers call out in sick all the time, they have kids all crammed together in one room and with only 1 teacher making them be out of ratio all the time. The owners mother who my husband and I have witnessed mistreating a child, holding him and shaking him with "stop crying!, why are you crying?", she didn't see we saw her through the window, I've mentioned to the previous director and also the current one and all I heard was "oh boy that's an awkward situation because she is the owners mother..." . Nothing was done. Which by the way when I ask the owner who was going to be my son new teacher (since the 3 teachers walked out) he said Ms (I can't pronounce her name)= her mom, I've asked what's her background, he nervously laugh and said she used to watch elderly people. ???? Then he said "if any of the families that left without notice want to sue me for not refunding their $ then go ahead, I have 3 lawyers and I'll win..", I couldn't believe what he was telling me... he also said "what do you want me to do?, the people that apply to work here want $13 per hour and I'm only able to pay them xx", "I need to generate enough $ to pay for this place". Obvious wanted me to feel sorry for him or something, wth I thought how unprofessional, I'm the customer, I don't need to know all of this.... My son has come home multiple times with bruises but the last time was the last straw for us, my son had bruises under his arms as if someone grabbed him forcefully, I've talked to the director and she was going to follow up with me she said and I've never heard back. There's been multiple times my son who is 3 years old was put in a different class with another teacher with super long nails, that class was way over ratio, I couldn't even talk to the teacher to ask her why my son was going to be in a different class so I left the class with my son and went to his classroom to put his sippy cup in the fridge, as I was leaving I ran into another assistant - front desk guy and he told me that my son teacher was moved to the infant class for coverage and assure me that his teacher was going to return to my sons classroom in 10 mins, in fact he said you can have your son in his classroom and I'll join you with the rest of his classmates. So I waited there with my son in his classroom, the guy brought all the other classmates and my son teacher never came. I was so frustrated and at that point I was done with all the mistreating, all the lies, all the state violations.... My son came home wearing diapers because he had 2 accidents, he has never had 2 accident on 1 day before and rarely was having ANY accidents, it was clear to us that the teacher wasn't paying attention nor care about our son. I've mentioned to a neighbor and it turns out there's more than 20 families in my neighborhood along who have had bad experiences at this place. Unbelievable! The owner is very rude and he has a temper, he is very disrespectful and all he wants is $. The teachers have no college education, they are under pay and over worked that's why 3 teachers walked out in 1 day. I feel sorry for the director, she have no power at all and the owner walks all over her. Our son deserves better than this crappy, awful daycare which all they do is to give the kids paper and crayons and let them play with their old dirty toys! There's no structure at all so basically you are paying for a babysitter. My child never learn anything there! So here you go, you wanted me to write a good review for your crappy daycare?, sorry but I can't lie, we have given this place way to many chances and we started to believe they were going to change but, nothing had ever changed in fact things got way worse. Our 16-month old son goes to "school" here, and we are big fans of TLE Eastmark! Megan and Jaimie are great and all the teachers and staff are very friendly and caring. I love the app and how teachers share numerous photos/updates throughout the day. There are so many fun activities that I see them doing (through the app photos), like regular art projects, playing with bubbles, playing outside when possible and of course the weekly water-play days every Friday this time of year. I also really love how Megan, Jaimie and many teachers have their own children at TLE Eastmark. The few times I've had any issues or questions, I've felt heard and understood as a fellow parent which is great. Thanks to the TLE Eastmark team!! read more

My family Had a very unfortunate experience with this school! I honestly wish I had never taken my daughter here at all! Everything I experienced at this school was pretty negative. She has only been enrolled since July but we decided to move her immediately. The school is understaffed I feel that is a huge part of the issue at and a big part of the problem my daughter had. I believe the teachers are overwhelmed and can't give enough supervision for the amount of student in class especially at a toddler age they require a lot of attention. My poor daughter is emotionally traumatized from being bullied by another child in class and she's terrified to go to school now! She was hit and injured by a little boy and bullied by him daily. I talked to her about it, I also discussed the issue with two different teachers on multiple occasions the teachers did nothing about the problem. Last week my daughter was hit by the boy so hard that an incident report was done and ice was given for her injury. I was not notified of this incident until 6 days after it had happened! This is complete neglect of my child and unacceptable communication from the school, my daughters safety should be a #1 priority but they obviously don't care at all. I spoke to one of the front desk leads about the situation since the director is never available. She basically suggested that we move my daughter to another class instead of addressing the problem child this is not an acceptable solution in my opinion, why should my child suffer consequences because of some one else's behavior? She was always the happiest kid, loved school and now she's terrified to leave us! Other issues we experienced with the center; On multiple occasions we have had billing issues and been double charged or not charged on time. Often times the front desk is left unattended and I think that is also because of how understaffed they are. Children run wild or are sat in front a TV screen in their "make believe Blvd" The app they use to notify you with pictures and activities through the day is never updated for weeks at a time. This place is a joke! They do a good job on the tour of making things look nice and cool with technology and splash pads but at the end of the day it's a sham! They don't prioritize kids wellbeing and safety and they don't communicate and my child suffered because of it. I know that there had been recent turn overs with teachers at this school but we gave TLE eastmark a chanve and have proven to be worth it. Sanjay really tried to turn things around and have now full staff of excellent teachers. My son is thriving and loving the teachers and his friends. I highly revommend TLE eastmark! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! The school started out great they had a great director and staff. Apparently the director was fired and it went downhill from there. They are on their third director and no one has experience. They raised our monthly rate by 700.00 and only gave us a months notice. None of the teachers/aides are qualified they are basically babysitters. The owners mother works as an aide and she is paid under the table and she is not certified to be an aide. She has no experience and she was very aggressive with my boys. She would grab them and apply all of her weight and tell me she was trying to make men out of them. The owner is very rude and not personable, he only cares about enrolling kids and money. He cares nothing about the safety of the kids or education. This week 3 teachers walked out and they had over 25 kids in each class which is against state policy. When we first enrolled we were told the kids would learn different languages, have LEAP time on the computer and also have sports. They have not done any of that! The teachers always call in so they combine classrooms all the time. Very high turn over and the teachers are underpaid with no benefits. My kid has been sent home in a wet diaper that was soaked through his clothes and that has happened on 4 occasions. I spoke with the director and she did not do anything about it. I spoke to the director about the owners mother and she did nothing because she is untouchable. This school is not worth the money it's so many daycares who provide great education and adore the kids. This place is all about the money. read more

NOOOOOO! RUN AWAY! This place is a wreck! If I could give O stars, I would!! It's only been open a year but has had two teacher walk outs, and multiple parent complaints, and a seriously bad reputation. Just look up the AZ Child Care Licensing list of citations. The first teacher walk out had at least 8 staff and teachers left. Again in October 2019, another 10 staff and teachers left. The owner is also rude, is unprofessional and talks down to the teachers. We have had our son in the infant room since June of this year and I can tell that he is happy there. Always when I go and drop him off he gets excited and happy which makes us feel good knowing that our son is well raking care off. The staff always are really helpful and welcoming. The Learning Experience has made a great impact on my 10 month old son. When he first started, he was way too attached and after being there for even 2 weeks, he was able to sleep in his own crib, eat on his own, and even play nice with the other infants. Under staffed, not professional, couldn't tell me where my kids were at times, my daughter would have an accident and they would not put new underwear on her, many of the classrooms are closed in the morning therefore they jam all the 2-4 in one room and have one teacher for over 20 kids. I don't believe they are background checking and holding everyone to the licensing required. Someone is going to get hurt. Update: after posting this the owner then private messaged me telling me I liked to cause drama! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a daycare center. The continually took money out of my account without my authorization. They would give me multiple excuses for why they took it. They sometimes took two payments in one day. Then I had to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. I removed my son from their school because I was sick of my account being charged randomly, I check my account today and what do you know guys they took another payment!!!!! I have asked them multiple times to remove my account information and they have not. Now I have to change my bank card, account number, and routing number. And my son doesn't even attend the school!!! The management staff is not competent AT ALL. Run far away from here...Do not send your kids here.....they will rob you blind and there are way too many kids in the classes and not enough teachers. I wish I could give them no stars read more

My husband and I switched our little girl to TLE when were looking for a little more structure. Our little girl has been learning so much at this center, we couldn't be happier! Not only does she count to 20, know the ABC's and colors, her speech has dramatically improved in the short time she has been there. Also, she was potty trained within a month and a half of her first day! The teachers are amazing and so kind! The front office staff is exceptional; their friendly, they all know my daughters name and if I ever have a question they can always answer it. I have 3 daughters, finding a daycare provider that has a staff with amazing communication about my children was most important. I went for a tour and first thing I noticed was the building was very nice and clean, the director Megan and assistant director Jaimie, were both very welcoming to my children and answered all of my questions that I had. I enrolled my daughters, they have been at TLE 2 months now, I was most nervous how my youngest 2 girls would adjust being at a new school. I can't say enough amazing things about the teachers, they all do their best with daily communication to me, sending me updates on their app, and several pictures of my children during the day. My 3 year old who has a very tough find adjusting to new environments told me that she loves her daycare and it is so awesome. As a parent that made me very happy. I would recommend this daycare to anyone that is looking for a safe, clean, and loving environment for their kids. read more
