I've had botox, fillers, and chin tightening done at Ageless Remedies and have been very pleased with their work. Mary Jo greets customers and works​ with one client at a time until their needs are taken care of. The techs and nurses do a great job. They explain each part of the process as they go. I've watched them mix the botox and they use a 1=1 mix and my Botox treatments last about 4-5 months. They have never tried to sell me products but I do check their stock to see if there's something I'm interested in. Give them 2-3 tries​ and you won't be disappointed​!

The trend in these types of salons seems to be cheaper prices ($10.99-$12.99 per cc), but with teeny-tiny needles and/or very saline-diluted Botox, the end result means less Botox and more visits to the salon. My results didn't last even 2 months, which never has happened before and which tells me a lot about the place. Nice salon (though not a medical facility as stated in business info) and very nice staff, but a ripoff for $600. Stick with the medical doctors, folks. It's worth the increased price (which varies according to doctor) for longer lasting results.

Her space is warm and inviting and Becca is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I did the Sunna teeth whitening with Becca. It was a lot faster and easier than I anticipated. The entire process was about 30 minutes and painless for me. I had no teeth sensitivity issues during or after the procedure. Before she begins, she looks at your teeth to see what whiteness level you are at and with this system, she can get you at least 2 shade brighter--maybe more depending on how many touch up appointments you do! The process involves a few mouth rinses and whitening formula painted on your teeth. Then, you get to take a nice nap while the laser light shines on your teeth. This best part is that you see results immediately! The aftercare is pretty easy too! She gives you the whitening aftercare gel that you put on your toothpaste each night when you brush. This will help extend the whitening and prevent staining. So easy, right? You just can't drink or eat an hour after your procedure and it is recommended that you stay away from food that are likely to cause stains (red wine, beets, etc...). On July 3 2026, I visited the Ozlem Hair Salon for a Brazilian Blowout Keratin treatment. The lady…read morethat greeted me and later performed the treatment claimed to be the owner. Prior to this visit, my hair was a layered ash blonde bob with that was trimmed the day before this visit to remove any dead ends. She did not provide a consultation and there was no discussion except about the Groupon. I have had many keratin treatments over the past 13 yrs and I knew what to expect. The first clue that something wasn't right was when washed my hair too quickly. Clean hair is a prerequisite for the treatment and is often washed twice. After the BB keratin product itself was hastily applied, she brought over a large heating lamp for me to sit under for over 30 minutes. While waiting, I noticed the client next to me didn't get the traditional second half of treatment. As listed on the BB company website, the full procedure is to rewash the hair after blowing it out, apply a bonding spray, additional product and a finishing blowout & flat iron. I asked the stylist why she skipped the last half of the process and her response was that it costs an additional $100. I told her that the additional charge wasn't a problem as I would prefer to get the best results. She said that the second half is optional and not necessary for my hair. However, the service is sold as a full brazilian blowout and the revision she has implemented isn't disclosed. People who have never had a proper full Brazilian Blowout would not be aware that they're being shortchanged by buying her package. When she began the blow drying she obviously realized that there was a problem. Typically this part of the process yields soft hair as the keratin is sealed in with heat. She began lifting up pieces of hair and commenting on how dry they were. She said that whomever had cut my hair did a bad job cause it was still dry and that the highlights had damaged the hair. She kept making disgusted facial expressions and pointing out more dry spots. The worst part of all, was slowly unfolding as it dried. My hair color was completely stripped and was now Tweety bird yellow. I walked in with a dirty blonde ash tone and left looking like a clown. To make matters worse, the stylist claimed that she didn't notice that my hair was any different color and that maybe it's just the lighting. After I firmly insisted that my hair was not in any way yellow before today, her response was "well, we don't have a picture to compare it to". I think my mouth dropped open at this point . I never imagined that I would need to take before pictures prior to a hair appointment as proof just in case I had to prove the stylist messed it up! She continued to argue that the Brazilian Blowout doesn't strip color and that I needed to flat iron it over the next 3 days to make it soft. I'm no expert but putting heat on already damaged hair seems absolutely absurd. I now know that she was right about one thing-it wasn't the keratin that stripped my color. It was user error. After leaving, I did some research and learned that in general, colorists say that the only time to use heat during processing is on healthy, virgin, black hair, as it's hard to lift. This is not what kind of hair I have. If done correctly, Keratin should work well on color treated hair. The hair color being stripped and damaged was entirely avoidable. It was the direct result of the heat lamps that caused over processing. Her only consolation offer was that I could come back for a toner or another treatment after 3 days. I don't know who would ever agree to let someone who damaged your hair so severely have a second shot at it, but I won't. She had no appearance of empathy and was offended that I questioned her at all. She was arrogant and condescending throughout this entire disaster. At bare minimum, a client shouldn't leave looking worse than when they arrived. She owes me a refund and an apology. Absolutely do not recommend!
