I have several injuries (knee, shoulder, wrist) as well as diastasis recti that I have to be careful not to worsen and the trainers are all about injury prevention and stress good form. They also emphasize core which also helps with injury prevention. The trainers make novices like me feel comfortable and they teach and correct form as often as is needed. There are all levels of fitness in the community and all the other members have all been super encouraging. Something must have clicked because I went 4 times my first week and I am actually looking forward to going to workout.
