Makayla helped us get waivers signed and we paid $3 for yoga mats. Rhonda was our instructor. She is the lead instructor here and led our vinyasa class for 45 minutes. They have blocks, mats for rent and weights. They also have their own flow water which is filtered water. The class was in a hot room and Rhonda said we could have it hotter if we liked. We went through a series of movements with music playing. The class was a nice experience for us and relaxing. Our group agreed we would come again.

They even offer camp packs of 10/20 camps. Contact your local Burn for pricing. There are tons of camps through the day, I believe each location has different times so check your local Burn for their times but Crestwood camps start at 5am all the way to 6:30pm. Child care is offered for most camps and there are also a few coed camps, each location has different code times. I highly suggest everyone give it a go, at least do the 7 day trial.
