From the measurement to the order to the installation, everyone that assisted us was very helpful and friendly. We are thrilled with the result. Be patient with the installation timeframe. We were quoted 2-3 weeks when the measurement was made at the end of February but the doors didn't come in and get installed until April, closer to 6 weeks. The world is still a little cray-cray right now and we can all benefit from a little kindness and patience.

I told him the old screens were sent out in the trash all broken up but the other windows on the building are the same size. He said "get me the old screens and I'll replace them" as he's scurrying to his truck! I called him on the phone about the sash being all chiped up and the screens. Oh wow. I had a slightly weird variant of a common problem, and I needed to fix a window. My fourth…read morecall was to All-Pro Glass & Window/ScreenCo. Boy, am I glad I found these folks. No, they don't come out and service windows anymore (that was my first inquiry), but the nice lady on the phone at All-Pro Glass & Window/ScreenCo told me how to find a YouTube that explained my issue and said she'd also email me written instructions if I wanted. And she told me how to identify the parts I'd need. And that they had the parts I'd need in stock. And she gave me wise counsel about not doing a half-arsed job by cheaping out and only replacing the broken part (a block and tackle balance - you want to replace them both while you're in there) and she explained why. The YouTubes she referenced were all I needed. I zipped in to the store, handed her my old balance and was handed two new ones in less than two minutes. Ran them home and put them in, taking my sweet time but finishing in under five minutes. Total cost? Under $25. One-seventh of what the competitor quoted to come out and do it. A whole lot faster, too. You have to love having someone with professional level info steer you right, right away, the first time - and save you a ton of money, as well. We now know who to call for slightly weird window questions. Or any sort of window parts at all! I'm sure we'll be buying from All-Pro from now on.
