We were recommended to talk to Auto Glass and they were super helpful in working with our car manufacturer to figure out how to get a replacement window. Unfortunately it seemed getting the glass would take too long for the manufacturer (10-14 days!!!!) so we were instead routed to their service center in Dallas. Auto Glass - at no charge (!!!) - knocked out the remaining glass, cleaned out the trunk of all the loose glass shards and patched us up temporarily so we could drive the car. I can't think of another reason that there would be no record of me having gotten a repair done Edit: regardless of what the warranty on the chip repair was, you cannot actualize that if the business gaslights you about having serviced the vehicle in the first place.
