John was great and he was very knowledgeable of of what and how we wanted our printings to look like, he will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied with the results, and he will also work with you to make sure your product comes out the way you want them. I have a very bad experience at this place. They originally promise to print right away and I be able to receive it on the within the week, but it took them 2 weeks and two visits and I paid much more than online price. I paid $40 (cash for a suppose discount) for 1000 (originally 500). Then I discover a problem on the business cards that I did not discover in the beginning, and wanted to get it fix (they got the wrong phone numbers on it). They didn't want to do it and want to charge me again for it. Although the phone numbers was both side fault (me for not discovering it right away), I felt the damage done by them, giving out the wrong numbers, has been tremendous already. They want to places all the blames on me. The person I speak with is John, I think he is the owner. I was polite with them, but they took it for a weakness and want to make more money, so I told them I can just print somewhere else. This is my first time and last time here. Way the go, You lose permanent business from me and many of my friends and family who will also be spreading the truth about you guys from now on. I like to mention that they did not take my information or suggest anything useful like reprinting and getting the new cards right away. The entire conversation is like: hey , you approve us to print, your fault. Come in, we will charge you a little less. They keep going back to saying that its my fault and not once did they ask for my information or offer to reprint faster or give me an exact price on how much cheaper. I wasn't really looking for a free reprint, but I was looking for a better customer service than my initial experience. Too be honest, I won't mind paying again depending on the discount and how long until I receive it but I will never use them again because of this experience. read more

This place is horrible!!!!! So horrible I had to go out of my way to express my frustration with this place. I usually wouldn't do such a thing and have given this place many chances to make up for their mistake and rudeness. I wouldn't even give this place a star if that was at all possible. The business I volunteer at has been working with Wholesale Printing for many years. All things were once well until the last year or so. Compared to printing places in Tucson, they have unbeatable prices and does free shipping for us. But the cheap prices definitely does not make up for the horrible customer service. They had screwed up a few times on our orders that I can go into great details about but that will have to be done on BBB instead. And after I had to prove they had done the job incorrectly, that it was a mistake on their end, they came back with smart remarks and no apology. I've never worked with any busines as rude as this place. I AM SO UNHAPPY! and currently looking for another company. read more

The printing place I used to go to is now closed so it was time to find another printing business around the area. After yelping and reading the reviews I decided to go with this place. John, who assisted me, was a nice guy who knew exactly what I wanted. I used to think the previous prices we would get at our last place were good but seriously 5,000 business cards for $100 is ridiculously cheap!
