We went in on a Friday to the Showroom right as they were closing, and Anna allowed us to stay an extra hour longer while she was finalizing paperwork. Anna expertly answered our questions on customization, lead times, and design combinations for baseboards, casings, and crown molding. Anna even offered a venison treat to our dog too. As we were about to leave, our starter went out, and Frank and a few other gentlemen from the warehouse, who were getting off of work on a Friday, stayed late and helped to try to jump-start our vehicle and charge our battery before we could even put in a request for roadside assistance. We were waiting for the tow truck company, and it started to get dark; the owner, David, came out and asked if we were okay, asked if we needed to use the restroom, and ensured we felt safe. David even offered to stay late to guarantee we were not left alone at night. Millwork & Molding and Supply is in a safe location with a fantastic selection. We will be outfitting our downstairs from floor to ceiling with their molding for an elegant aesthetic, factors less than the run-of-the-mill stock at Home Depot or Lowe's.
