I did ask about the lower price, but was kinda told that it is what it is. I was getting something for a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve, so I just considered the extra $4 my convenience fee so I could feel better about it. It was still a good price, but I was a bit disheartened that the price published on Ebay wasn't honored. I'll probably be back, as I saw other things I may want. In short, I needed a MacBook Pro for music/film work and looked around town for a good place to start. Went to a few places with less than solid results- expensive and prices change every few minutes if you speak with the wrong people. Found AmpleBay and swung by. Jack had me set up within minutes. A hard drive swap and few minutes later and I was out the door. More importantly, the laptop is in near-perfect condition with specs I couldn't find online or in person at the price Jack quoted.
