I emailed and called them multiple times, but I never received a response. Later, I discovered that the phone number in my Control4 to contact them was incorrect, but the email address I used was correct so that is on them. After a month of waiting, I finally reached someone via phone and asked for some programming changes. A few days later I noticed that some of my requests had been completed but not the rest. I had to chase them down to thank them for doing while inquiring when I could expect the rest. What's most frustrating about this whole process is all but one of my emails went unanswered and they responded to me as if I was just saying Hello. A few days ago, I finally spoke with an Ethan was friendly and promised to be my liaison. However, my request to have programming done for my Control4 to include my Marantz receiver has not progressed at all and there has been no communication. I would not have a problem if it took them 30 days to complete the issue, but the lack of communication is appalling. It's been a horrible experience. I happen to own a complimentary business to theirs and unfortunately would not be able to recommend them.

A job this size always comes with drywall damage and I knew that going into it. But it was very minor and at the end of the project you literally cannot notice any repairs. This company definitely knows high end home service for sure. Upon completion, the programming team came out to politely show my wife and I how the system worked from our phones, tablets, and more. Not once did our questions get overlooked the team took the time to log us into everything and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Once we had more time to understand the system we added even more light switches to the program. For this location of Bang & Olufsen (of which they do not have that many in-person stores...I've previously purchased online only), it's nestled between the Scottsdale Airport and Scottsdale Quarter, in a VERY unassuming business park building. In fact, when I found it (very SMALL sign on Butherus to lead the way to the parking lot), I actually thought I had gotten the address wrong, as it looked much more like a B&O location that might do professional home audio installations. Alas, I was in the correct place - they have a small side "PLAY" room that allows you to try out all the gear and see/touch them in person and check out the sound quality and easily compare. I had called the day prior inquiring about a limited time floor sample sale that I had seen on the B&O website, and I was told Kaitlyn was the expert on headphones and would be there to help me. Indeed, she IS a wonderful sales person - incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very, very patient for my approximately 1000 questions. I ended up buying 2 items (with plans to buy another once some new, more bold colors come out for the EQ in-ear headphones). I'm DEFINITELY not in the market for the home audio items, which can get extremely pricey. Like... EXTREMELY pricey!!! But, it was actually a lot of fun to try out the fancy-pants home audio setups, in a sort of "maybe my life will turn out such that I can afford a home full of B&O gear"! Avoid at All Costs - Incompetent, Dangerous, and a Complete Ripoff…read more If I could give Oasis "Luxury" Smart Homes zero stars, I would. Hiring them was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. They charged an outrageous $4,000 to install 25 feet of LED strip lighting, took three months to finish what should have been a simple job, and still failed to deliver anything remotely acceptable. The "work" (if you can even call it that) was a disaster from start to finish: Unbelievable Incompetence - It took multiple failed attempts, four visits over three months, my husband repeatedly meeting with them in person, and they still couldn't get it right. The LED strip in the master bedroom failed entirely, and their so-called "experts" clearly had no idea what they were doing, from design to execution. Major Safety Hazard - Most egregiously, their botched installation could have burned down our home. After notifying Oasis we could not trust them anywhere near this project any longer, we called in a REAL lighting professional, who promptly pulled out the wiring and showed us that Oasis' garbage installation with incompatible components resulted in a melted connector inside the wall. We'd smelled the burning for some time before the LED driver blew out, thankfully protecting us and our property from an electrical fire. Shocking Lack of Professionalism - Their team spray-painted indoors without any protection, leaving a mess on our floors, broke wires in the kitchen, and generally bumbled something every visit. Communication was abysmal. Repeated requests for updates over the life of the project were ignored. Meetings with their rep, Ben, were useless because he apparently couldn't wrap his head around the design, despite being provided visual aids, and the technicians didn't even follow the agreed-upon plan. Total Waste of Time & Money - After months of frustration and thousands of dollars wasted, we were left with a non-functional, dangerous installation. And despite their catastrophic failure, they had the audacity to send us an invoice for the remainder of the $4,000. This company is a bunch of clowns and a scam and a liability. Do not trust them with your home. If you value your safety, your time, and your hard-earned money, RUN in the opposite direction. ---------------- Clarification on the response below. There was NOT "quite a bit" of additional work. It was 6ft of lighting in the kitchen, 16.9 feet of lighting in the master and the materials necessary for both. Neither of these were some wild design that your industry has never heard of. Standard LED lighting. And the master bedroom was by far the larger of the two requirements. My husband asked MULTIPLE times as this project was going off the rails to speak with you. Never heard a thing. Maybe you should have a word with your staff. ALSO - our designer called you and had a conversation with you earlier this month to let you know how wrong this has gone and ask for your help. Did we hear from you then? Nope. So spare me the story that this is news to you. As for you reaching out, my husband just now found your response to our notice of dispute of the final invoice. Well after the project ended. It's really too little too late, unfortunately. Leadership was absent through this entire ordeal on every level. A refund and "We're terribly sorry" is indeed the only right answer here. ---------------- Update as of 2/24/2025: No surprise here - Justin and his team still haven't issued the refund they promised. Instead of taking responsibility, their response to this review was to try and bury it by creating a fake 5-star rating the very next day. Rather than making things right, they're focused on damage control. This speaks volumes about how they operate. If the owner can't own up to mistakes and do right by customers, what does that say about the integrity of the business? Think twice before trusting them with your money.

For a single 98" Sony TV, a soundbar, and a few accessories, the quote came in at over $15,000, with a "discount" of four cents. Yes, $0.04. No full surround sound, no advanced system, no customization -- just inflated parts, padded labor, and insulting communication. This experience made it clear that Oasis either didn't want my business or had no intention of delivering value or professionalism. I expected expert guidance and a fair bid. What I got was silence, delays, and a tone-deaf proposal that felt more like a brush-off than an offer. Needless to say, I'll be taking my project elsewhere. I recommend others proceed with caution.
