This never happened, I was told that "we will start the job and work it out" When I insisted on a estimate of the job before starting the proprieter started a shouting match in which he said " you are fucking with me". Needless to say I asked for my money back. I sent a complaint to better business, as this didn't work I had to go to court to finally get my refund
