This is a really neat collector's store. They carry many types of vintage toys and clothing with reasonable pricing. Friendly staff also!

Invite a bunch of friends over, make some popcorn and just enjoy the weekend. Although it is more convenient to just be able to turn on your television and stream something you would like to watch without having to leave your home, it is not the same experience. Kevin is an amazing human being for keeping this tradition alive. He has a diverse selection of hard to find films and he will search for and order in films that you are looking for. He does this for the love of the genre and has regular customers that look to him for the next great release. You can rent or buy from The Lobby. He also has an amazing collection of memorabilia and there is always something good playing on the TV in the room. There is a nice comfy couch if you want to hang out and watch for a while as well. It can be tricky to find; it is in the basement underneath the daycare. There is parking meters located in the front of the building, so yes, there is parking! Please bring cash, Kev doesn't have Interac. There is a bank located in the same block though so it's not so bad if you forget. There is a Facebook Page for The Lobby. Sometimes the business hours can be a bit funky with things going on. Best to check there to see how late the store is open.

Their selection is just okay. I have (had) two issues with this location…read more First was the absolute a-hole I had to deal with one day I was in their having a friendly conversation with the other staff member. The guy came across as an elitist with his nose in the air just because he worked at a game store I guess?? (I was applying for PT work...I called him on his shit attitude before I left...I didn't get a call back...haha) My second issue is their prices, but not in the way you might think. Some of their games were outrageously over priced, while some were dirt cheap when they should cost much more. I also came across a game in their bargain bin that they also had locked up in the showcase (same game with two very different price tags). So I guess my issue was their inconsistent pricing. That being said, if you know your games you could potentially snipe a good title for cheap.

The prices are probably pretty competitive to other used game stores but they surely aren't anywhere near the cheapest place to find games. If you're looking for a store that has genuine Anime paraphernalia, this may be the store for you. It has a tone of random little bits and pieces, but it also has figures of several different characters from all sorts of anime, such as Naruto, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, and if your lucky there's a chance you'll get some Blue Lock in there as well. (And of course, Hatsune Miku is included.) Imagine+ also has plushies of all random sorts, including but not limited to brain-rot and Roblox. Yes. Literal Roblox. (Funko-pops are everywhere as well.) I've seen some Sonic included merch, and even some Genshin Impact keychains, there is a display section at the back of the store that has a plenty of knickknacks as well. I recommend going in person to evaluate it yourself. It may just be what you were looking for. Customer service wise.... It gets a solid 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, I do not have any images in my camera roll, I'll update this review when I get them.

Hello, what's this?…read more Shopping with my bestie in Phase One of West Edmonton Mall, beside The Bay, and in the spot where I thought I would find a bank or an ATM, stood Imagine +. Toys and gifts? We had to check it out. Especially with the display in front showing a Chewbacca backpack, Call of Duty merchandise and Cards Against Humanity. It promised to be interesting. It's a small, orderly store, and I like the selection. It seems to be a mix of collectables and toys. They have stocking stuffer bits, pieces from Doctor Who, Adventure Time, Lego, and other characters and toys I'm not hip enough to recognize. There are toys for all ages. I saw lego sets, plush toys, Call of Duty toys, Walking Dead paraphernalia, Minecraft, Pokemon, remote control cars and DRONES for sale. There's more, but I was too busy buying a Call of Duty gun for my bestie's boy and considering a drone ($180, I think? Might be less...I thought most of the prices to be pretty reasonable for the merchandise.) for my husband to remember all of it. Plus I was intrigued by the werewolf card game the cashier showed me, where up to 75 people can play at once. I thought the store could stand to have more in it...Having said that, it was easy to walk through and gawk. And who knows? maybe they'll have more as word gets around about them. I'd check them out again.
