If you are buying, they don't always come cheap but that is because you are getting movies that get shipped to Kevin personally. Some movies are so rare he isn't always willing to part with them. Being a cenophile it is great to nerd out with another like minded and knowledgeable person. Do yourself a favor and show this place some love. Everything seems stuck in the 90's. The movie posters...the decor...the sign outside that says "N64 and Playstation Games!." Very 1996. The rental prices are cheaper than Blockbuster, but Blockbuster will have a better and more recent selection.

The guy came across as an elitist with his nose in the air just because he worked at a game store I guess?? (I was applying for PT work...I called him on his shit attitude before I left...I didn't get a call back...haha) My second issue is their prices, but not in the way you might think. Some of their games were outrageously over priced, while some were dirt cheap when they should cost much more. I also came across a game in their bargain bin that they also had locked up in the showcase (same game with two very different price tags). So I guess my issue was their inconsistent pricing. That being said, if you know your games you could potentially snipe a good title for cheap.

This is a big store with a huge selection of used video games and consoles. They also sell some…read moregame/movie type merchandise probably similar to what any other used video game store would. The prices are probably pretty competitive to other used game stores but they surely aren't anywhere near the cheapest place to find games. I have bought a few games here but if the prices were better I would probably shop here more often.

I've also taken advantage of the bargain comics which are fifty cents or a dollar each, and come away with some interesting titles. This isn't the right place to head if you are looking for the newest titles in comics. There are also a lot of items you would never expect to find in a store like this, such as statues, armour, and medieval weapons.

We were outfitted with an excellent stereo system at a very competitive price and with a lot of care that they were providing what we wanted and needed and very careful not to oversell - we felt the staff genuinely wanted us to be happy with purchase. Once we were home, we followed the detailed instructions for setup and now have a wonderful component setup that works beautifully and fills our home with music. So happy and a really great experience at Audio 5.1. Thanks to Betsy and her colleagues!!!

Their new space feels cozy but it larger than I expected it to be. It is bright and colourful, particularly in the juvenile section. Their focus is on graphic novels, comics, and manga andy do a great job choosing featured books to fit their community. They also sell a collection of action figures, toys, and games with something for everyone. I most recently visited on Free Comic Book day (first saturday in May!) and they did a great job making it a fun, engaging experience with artist guests and activities. Rolling Tales is a great addition to the downtown community!

The studio is fairly spacious given the size, and kept neat and tidy. The class I recently tried here was called Poundfit (by Tracey K). You use these cool lime-green drumsticks called Pound RipStix - specially designed for beating objects (floor, the other stick, mats)! It's a great whole-body workout that focuses mainly on core, thighs, and arms/shoulders. Also, if you like to make noise, relieve stress, smack things together, or feel like a 10 year old while getting your sweat on, this class is for you :) There's some coordination-involved movements, but as long as you move with the beat in some form and smiling because you're having a good time then it's great! I highly recommend trying this class at least once! It's also offered by Tracey K at her main studio - Sculpt Barre South :) Have fun!

I have this really bad habit of buying something every time I go in - but how can I resist such lovely things? You can find purses here at many price points: e.g. Big Buddha (nice vegan bags) starting at around $80-ish, Christopher Kon (a montreal designer) at around $340-ish, as well as Kenneth Cole, Matt by Matt & Nat, etc. Also lots of jewelry at very reasonable prices: e.g. harriet grey, Betsy Johnson, kiko (a local designer). They also carry shoes, but I have yet to purchase those. The girls are very pleasant and friendly - I always enjoy shopping here and have warm fuzzy feelings by the time I leave the store (or it could just be the new purse/necklace/earrings I've just purchased....)
