Not sure what the owners were thinking naming their lovely little cafe after what has to be one of the dullest roads in Bristol. Fortunately though, Wick Road Cafe has a charm which far transcends its dubious name. Here you can purchase an array of cheap, tasty snacks and beverages for a pittance. My favourite dish here is the humble omelette and chips: the omelettes are always cooked to perfection and are served with a hefty portion of chunky chips. And your wallet will barely feel any lighter! Furthermore, a sizable mug of tea will cost you a staggering 60p, and coffee will cost you an extra 10p - not bad, eh?
