All the staff are great except one of the front desk staff doesn't value privacy / HIPPA . And Rebecca will discharge you as a client on a whim because she doesn't like any constructive criticism or feedback. She actually walked into one of my sessions and proceeded to attack me, I put a stop to this and asked her several times to leave and stated I did not want to talk. She finally did. Then she said when I walked out "have a nice life" to which I laughed. I was going to call to discuss further as they didn't fully explain why they discharged me but their absolute unprofessionalism is not worth my time nor my effort. I would be wary of coming to this office. Especially with such an aggressive office manager. Really ridiculous and laughable. I mean, look at her card, anyone who refers to themselves as a "queen" on a business card Clearly has some personality issues going on there. read more

The whole experience was bad from the start. The scheduling is terrible. They actually called and told me they had to reschedule my massage because the therapist had a conflict, but they didn't have anything else that fit with my schedule for over a month. Then I was going to shift my appointment because of snow, and the receptionist convinced me not to because it would mean I would have to wait another 6 weeks. I arrived a few minutes early, only to be told to fill out 10 minutes worth of medical history paperwork. When I asked what they were doing with all that info, they said it was required. I noted there wasn't any sort of hippa or privacy disclaimer to acknowledge how they were handling all my private information. When I finally got in to the room for my 60 minute massage, it ended up only being 45 minutes long. I know because I looked at the clock that was making a loud tick-tock sound on the wall. They still wanted to charge me the full price. When I complained, they did reduce the price for me but only "because I was a first time customer". The massage experience was not relaxing at all, the therapist just wanted to chat the whole time. Also there was way too much pressure given in some areas, and they didn't focus much on the areas I said I needed help with. A day later I realized that the intense pressure applied in some places actually caused BRUISING which has never happened to me before. I was shocked. This was treated more like a medical appt versus a relaxing spa experience. I will not be back. read more

Too bad that people would rate Wicked Good Chiropractor due to their staff, not the Doctors ability to help a patient. I had a totally different experience with Wicked Good Chiropractor and Dr. Arne who changed my life. I was told by my orthopedic surgeon that I needed a joint replacement surgery to relieve the pain in my hip and back. A steroid injection in my hip a month ago seemed to have thrown off my walking and then my back. My primary care doctor suggested I try a chiropractor first to see if it would help. After asking out who is the "best" chiropractor in our area on a local Facebook page, I was told Wicked Good Chiropractor. I was hesitant, thinking it would cause more pain than good, also knowing I had a function to go to that evening and that I planned to wear 4" heels. Boy was I wrong! One session with Dr. Arne literally changed my life. He knew what was wrong and how my foot was the culprit throwing off my leg, knee, hip, and back.. With some adjustments I walked away with 80% less pain, wore my heels that evening, and danced without any pain. I will continue to go weekly. I've had two visits in total so far, and every time, more pain subsides. I'm 90% painfree at this time, thanks to Dr. Arne. read more

I know people who have had a great experience with this business but this is my personal experience. Let's start with the fact they told me when I booked my appointment that they took my insurance, so I showed up for my appointment, only to find out they do not take my insurance. The only reason I was going to the chiropractor was due to my health insurance requiring me try it before approving an MRI of my lumbar spine. I was in so much pain I paid for a package because the first visit was $100 which is ridiculously overpriced and a package of 6 was I think $270. She didn't do anymore for me on the first visit, then she did on any other visit so the high price is not worth it. Anyway I wish I had just cancelled once they said they didn't take my insurance. I informed the chiropractor that I had prior disc issue's in my neck and lower back. I was concerned about adjusting my neck but he reassured me it would be ok. After I left the visit I thought, wow my back feels amazing, then as I'm driving home my left shoulder and arm swelled. Terrible pain. I used ice on and off all night. The next day it felt ok. I went for another appointment and said to be careful, my neck really hurt after her last adjustment. Again I went home and was in pain with swelling. The next two visits I said I don't want you to adjust my neck just my back because you hurt my neck. She still insisted on adjustment but did it differently. After my 4th visit I couldn't handle the pain anymore. My doctor scheduled an MRI and I now need NECK SURGERY!!! I'm so upset. I went there to help my back and now the adjustment caused inflammation and the disc to rupture. Not only should they refund my money, but never adjust someone who informs you they have prior herniated cervical disc issues. I have been to other chiropractors and never had this happen. I'm so upset. The staff is friendly but obviously whomever makes the appointments needs to know what insurance they accept. I feel like this may happen often and they hope that you will just self pay, instead of being honest about what insurance they take. Like I said, I have known people who love this place but I didn't have that experience at all! read more

I cannot count the times Wicked Good and Dr. Sarah have saved me. Headaches from staring at the computer all day or the corresponding back pain from the same. They have saved me hours of pain and lost work. I raved before but they went above and beyond in January when my boyfriend hurt himself shoveling the day before we were to fly to Florida. They moved another client who was flexible and got my bf, who was not a patient, in that day for not only an adjustment but two, with a massage in between. He could not walk going in and was upright and ok walking out. I can't thank them enough. He was not a believer in chiropractic before but he's a changed man. Dr. Sarah is a miracle worker! I went in there because I was having severe migraines regularly, and after trying dozens of medications and none of them working I decided to give chiropractic care a try. After going to Dr. Sarah a few times, I have not experienced a single one of these migraines. I look forward to getting adjusted because I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! The staff is super friendly, especially the front desk staff. They are very good about getting me an appointment at the last minute when I really need it and calling me as soon as a spot opens up. Lastly, their massages are amazing! I always look forward to getting a massage because the therapists know exactly what I need to have worked on from looking through Dr. Sarah's notes.
