The nurses are really kind but I have had a lot of problems with the doctors and reception. They are constantly rescheduling my appointments, sometimes the same day. They have no patience or understanding for when I need to reschedule. Almost every time I go I see a different doctor. Only had the same one for two out of my 8 appointments. The other 6 appointments were 6 different doctors. This inconsistency has caused several problems with ordering and refilling the weight loss meds I'm supposed to take. Which brings me to my final issue. The staff do not listen when I say I want a different medicine despite giving several reasons for asking for a change and there being plenty of other choices for me to try. They give no good reason for refusing the changes other than let's try a higher dose.

Dr Hummel has been working with me with pain management and I am so glad I was referred to see Dr Hummel. I was in a lot of pain, Dr Hummel has helped me manage my pain. He introduced me to a spinal cord stimulator, after the trial I wanted to keep the trial stimulator because it helped me by lowering the amount of pain I had. There is no cure for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome...I know I can count on Dr Hummel and his NP Ashley to help me manage my pain.
