We had a little bit of trouble trying to communicate our order and with our order delivery. It took a while to order 4 pizzas and give them the address. I think because we were pretty far up the mountain, it also took a while for the pizza to arrive. Despite the long delivery time and the smashed pizza boxes, the pizza was really good and worth it. Little did the owners know (until the day before) we would be coming in with around 70 people on a random Tuesday night. With the one night advanced warning they were prepared with staff and plenty of pizzas fired up and ready to go! Our first morning in Cabos, my mother and I are looking to have breakfast close to our hotel and our lobby recommend us this place. They say they have a good deal for breakfast. When we arrive the place wasn't very welcoming. It's hot and with flies. Upon looking at the menu we realize only one breakfast option, the American was a deal. We want to try the Mexican options. We order orange juices, we get them right away. It's clear they were not natural. We get no time to look at the menu, so I ask our server for help between two items, she doesn't offer any feedback and is in a bad mood, so I chose chilaquiles. My mother gets the Mexican breakfast, scrambled eggs with vegetables. They have no real traditional salsa around. When we get our food the chilaquiles are chips that came from a package with a sauce and cheese that is not Mexican. Perhaps the freshest food are the side potatoes we both get. My mother initially asks for no potatoes because she wants beans instead but the waiter brings them anyway. The beans look like they are from a can. The American or Canadian lady working there offers us the closest to some sort of salsa, she is perhaps the owner because our waiter becomes nicer around her. In the end we spent 270 pesos and still left tip despite of the poor experience. We would never come back. We thought perhaps other people have enjoyed the place because they never try any Mexican items. Hope the experience is better with different kind of food even though is hard to believe it when ingredients aren't fresh and there is no good taste. I wish the American/Canadian lady was our server from the get go. She is perhaps the only good aspect of the place, yet not redeeming enough to save the food or service of the waiter.
