Incredible place with such a variety of scares. Amazing staff and great place to celebrate the halloween season!

I was disappointed . The guy who led us in hyped it up so much and nothing he said was accurate (shoes will get dirty , at least a 30 minute attraction , no one will touch you , etc.). My group waited for at least 45 minutes and the attraction only lasted 20 minutes . There weren't many jump scares , and i didn't get scared at all . I'd recommend this for families looking for a good place to take their kids . Maybe i'm biased bc I went to Nashville Nightmare a few weeks ago and that was by far the BEST and SCARIEST haunted attraction experience i've ever had . In conclusion , it wasn't worth the hour+ drive for me , but if you're a Memphis local , then knock yourself out ! read more

This is one of the best and most creative haunted houses I have been too. The duration is lengthy, the sets are fun and most def gruesome enough to entertain adults, but but so much so to not be pre-teen friendly. They are practicing social distancing and hand sanitizing on the way in, so the characters can't touch you which is the only reason that it isn't super duper scary. It's a bit pricy, but is way better set designed than Universal Studios. Kudos, Memphis! read more

It's a very good haunted house overall. The admission price is steep, but I understand there is a lot of maintenance and upkeep to all of those props - and it is a donation to St. Jude, so it's still worth it. The staff are nice and helpful. I would like to see more actual "haunted house" rooms and fewer zombie/toxic chemicals rooms. Also, if your start time says 7:00 PM, then you should be ready to start letting people enter the haunt at that time. For the past 2 years we were near the front of the line before 7:00 PM but they did not let anyone enter until 7:30. That was a lot of standing and waiting. read more

We had a very good time going through. They had a death metal band playing near the wait line that added to the vibe. It was well done and many of the actors were very into their parts! The girls were sufficiently freaked out! Well worth the $15 read more

Had a great time at this haunted house it was actually scary at times...I can honestly say the actors scared me pretty bad a few times....and this was a pretty lengthy haunted house. They had a band playing some heavy metal music while you waited which was pretty cool. I liked the fact there was no one theme there were different scene you walk through in almost every room you never knew what to expect... and there had to be about 15 rooms. I would go back to this one next year it sacred me the most out of the haunted houses in Memphis...great job to whoever set this up you can tell it took some time and planning. read more

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful night at Wicked Ways Haunted house. The staff was professional and courteous, parking was organized and easy. We felt safe in an family type atmosphere. The actors did a fantastic job and really seemed to enjoy surprising visitors. Line wasn't too bad, we waited about 45 minutes and some of the monsters interacted with us while we waited. October is the funnest month out of the year because of all the haunted attractions. First one on my list is always Wicked Ways. Reason number one being that it is the closest and number two being that is is never too crowded. The location itself is scary at night. They only let 4-6 people in at a time so they can really scare you. This haunted house is spooky fun and the staff is friendly. It might not be the scariest haunted house in Memphis but definitely worth the trip. Proceeds benefit the St. Jude Research Hospital so not only are you having fun but also helping out. read more

I had a great time! I was terrified, but i got my money's worth. The only reason i didn't rate it a 5 is because the tour guide (or whatever you want to call him) at the very beginning of the journey, the one that directs you in, was very very rude. We were in a group of 8 and had a hard time convincing someone to go first. I totally understand that the objective is to keep the lines moving but we contemplated for less than 30 seconds before he yelled at us saying if we didn't go in, we would be put out. This highly upset me! First of all, i wasn't going to be put out at $20 a head and secondly, there are no refunds given. I think he needs to rethink about how he treats people because a lot of people would have retaliated. Other than that, it was a great experience. read more

Yes, went to the Wicked Ways Haunted House which was the total BOMB!! The place was so darn freaky, scared the lights out of me to the point almost wet my outfit. I plan on making it out there again to Wicked Ways Haunted House so might take couple of my friends. I think the staff at the Wicked Haunted House staff are very professional and made this fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital a great success. read more

This is the best haunt in Memphis!!! Had a blast and the actors are super scary. Lots of energy. The sets and props were amazing. Definitely worth the money. Plus, it's for a good cause, St. Jude's Children's Cancer Hospital. read more

This place is disgusting and a huge let down. Stood in line for 2.5 hours before we just wrote off the $20 per person as a loss. Watchwd two different people,pee in the plastic bins, stood surrounded be people smoking, and people jumping in line. When one threatened to hit me i told the "security" guy who ignored me and walked away. read more

Ok, so interesting review here....this is a great event for giving to st jude, but I definitely recommend just giving. St jude 20 dollars and skipping this place. The wait is extremely long and the security staff seems to think they're apart of seal team six. We waited almost two hours to walk through to be put in hand cuffs and forced out 2 minutes in just because my girlfriend pushed one of the workers off of her because they grabbed her. We were told going in not to touch anything and we wouldn't be touched, but someone jumped out and grabbed her arm and all she did was jerk her arm away when security jumped out and handcuffed her. They then forced us out and cursed at us the entire time. They threatened to throw us in jail for waiting in the parking lot for the rest of our group who were also in handcuffs for being associated with us. So bottom line: the security thinks they are a swat team and treat people like shit, but this is a great benefit for st jude, but I recommend just giving 20 bucks to st jude and skipping the haunted house unless you want to be treated like shit for giving to a charity. read more
