In the Pandemic room, the sorted viles were 1) in the wrong order (this was confirmed by the employee overseeing our hints) and 2) the last number for the code wasn't in the right shape so it didn't show any number shape. They also used a crossword puzzle which isn't so bad if it's a one-and-done thing but crosswords were used not only in the Pandemic but also in the Crisis room which was overkill In the Crisis room, we immediately were able to unlock locks without the correct key (how this happened, I am not sure...) We also had yet ANOTHER crossword puzzle and were missing over half of the letters which made us have to ask the moderator for a hint which took off time for us to escape. Also, at the end, the correct code for the employee walking is through the ending didn't even work for her and the lock was jammed so even if we made it to the very end, there was no way to escape without the key.... The only complaint I have for the Caretaker room was that the papers in the fireplace didn't fall and there was like a matching puzzle that was just kinda dumb but other than that it was our favorite out of all the rooms! This place is GREAT and we love the experience but for a hefty $25 per person, I just except everything to be completely functional and working correctly. I do highly recommend this place tho!

There is a horrible draft that comes in around the windows and doors. I have stayed at many state parks over the years but I can definitely say this is a first. I'm sure I will be back in the area however I will be finding someplace else to stay.

The kids rode a different horse every day, which was of course my daughter's favorite part, but they did a lot more activities that weren't related to horses at all. Instead of them playing basic camp games and doing basic crafts that could have been done at home, they could have done horse related games/activities. They also had a lot more downtime than anticipated and described on the site, and they were playing games in the blazing sun during a heatwave. Even though this was the first time for my daughter to ride a horse, instructor wasn't hands on, and just sat at the sidelines while yelling instructions at the kids from a distance. While my daughter overall had a great experience with the horses, our overall value for money could have been a lot better. The kids were doing unstructured activities and were unsupervised at times (we observed this)! I would definitely recommend other parents to look into other options for a horse camp.

How are kids supposed to enjoy the game or get better when they are hitting the gutter all the time. If you managed better and walked your floor you can prevent the older kids you so blame from acting out and throwing the balls at bumpers like you claim instead standing in groups and not doing nothing. You lost 9 years of business and birthdays from friends and family over laziness to manage.
