The BBQ - overpriced for what you get now, hardly any smoke flavor to the meat, and huge chunks of big blobs of pure fat mixed in. I spent half the time eating, spitting out the disgusting blobs of it. The Slaw - YUCK!! What was once another treat, is soggy, bland, with way to strong a vinegar favor. That's all I could taste! The Cornbread - Again, YUCK! What was once a highlight of their combo plate, being sweet, moist, and a good serving. Is now bland, undercooked in some parts, dry and over cooked in other parts. The service wasn't much better than their food now. The staff were fast food lackadaisical in attitude, a far cry from the pleasant, friendly atmosphere they once had. They advertise as being open by 11:00 but the doors were locked until 11:30. Not good, and I should have known the rest of my visit would be just as bad. My last visit will be just that, the last time I go there. What ​was once one of my favorite summertime treats, is now no better than chain cafeteria fare. Shame on you Shaws Ridge for cutting corners and serving this!

Two adults and one child ran $48, which is pretty insane. We all loved the course, and especially the hole that goes through the cave. The arcade is sweet. It is very clean, and has great games that all work. The arcade is run with the card system. They actually have some pretty decent prizes. Staff were friendly. Will come back every time I'm in the area.

The bowling isn't necessarily candle pin. It seemed more like skee ball with bowling pins. So the lanes are small which is hard to see from pictures. $25 for 30 minutes of bowling which our kids really loved. The owner seemed very accommodating and a said he would be expanding indoors next year.
