I checked downstairs and stumbled across the prize center and a bunch of other random ticket games, but the real gold was found on the upper level. I checked out a bunch of the obscure machines and sucked at most of them, before coming across the likes of X-Men, Mortal Kombat 2, Centipede, and hundreds more. I wanted to stick to retro games but after seeing my nephew on the ticket hunt, I joined in and won myself about 1300 tickets before tapping out and just giving them to him. What I didn't know is that he thought it would be funny to spend 4500 tickets to give me a Bluey bag that Funspot definitely ordered off Temu or something because it's quite possibly the worst quality item i've ever seen at an arcade, kudos to my nephew though for being awesome. Overall, Funspot is a, well, a fun spot to go for a bit. We spent maybe an hour and a half messing around and playing games and I definitely enjoyed myself. The insane amount of machines was great, the vibes were retro arcade, and the fun was endless. My main complaint with this place is the absolute trash prizes they have. Come on guys, give people a reason to actually spend money.

Unfortunately, I don't think people read the rules about a 6-stroke maximum per hole & the groups seemed large (5+). It is still an awesome mini golf course! The Slick Track is super fun! I didn't have a chance to try the Naskart track because the line never seemed to go down. That track allowed (2) people per cart. Clean facility & they also serve beer / hard seltzers (not sure how long that has been an offering). That's a plus, in my opinion!

The manager Gigi was very understanding of my financial situation and they worked with me. They were very flexible working with my tight work schedule and were able to get me in very last minute. The camp spots are the cheapest price I've ever seen and will blow your mind with the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. My instructor Hayden felt like the best bang for your buck you can get. I learned so much within only a couple of hours and by the second day I already felt like a pro! The community is outstanding and made me feel like I'm home. I truly feel like I've found my people I've been looking to find my entire life. I am super grateful for them. If you ever considered learning how to paraglide or hang glide, I highly recommend this place 100 times over any other place. The best of the best!

Expect a day trip for 2 to be over $100 for tickets alone. Food and drink in the park is pricey, like you would expect for an amusement park. The great thing about Funtown is that you are fully able to bring in your own food. My family opted for the annual season pass, as we come multiple times a season. If you plan to attend more than once, I highly recommend going the pass route. It pays for itself after 2-3 trips. Does it need updating? Sure, but honestly, it's part of the charm. My family and I had a good ol' time at Funtown Splashtown USA when visiting Maine this summer…read more We've never visited this park, and now that our kiddos are taller and can ride all the rides, we thought we would give it a try. We went on a Wednesday at the end of June and it was not crowded at all. My kids had a blast! Right when the park opened we headed to Excalibur and rode it about 4 times to start off the morning. Everyone was so excited to ride it that many times. It's a wooden roller coaster that is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it. We hit all the Funtown rides multiple times. They loved the bumper cars, the vintage car track, the wild mouse, thunder falls log flume (which gets a little bumpy, but it cools you down on that drop), Atmosphere (which is an indoor Sizzler type ride with music and animations, that is the weirdest thing I think I've even seen in my life), and especially Whispering Pines Haunted Hotel. That last one is a dark ride where you have to save people from ghosts. You get a laser type gun to shoot at the targets and keep your score. I'm not sure how accurate they really were, but it was fun none the less. After a pretty "meh" lunch, we headed to the Splashtown area. They have a few water slides, a pool for the kids to swim in, and a little splash pad. The water slides were fun, until I bonked my head goind down Amphitrite's Challenge. You go down head first on a mat and for some reason on one of the turns my head didn't follow along. It hurt pretty bad, and I had one of the EMT's on staff help me out. He was very very nice and gave me an ice pack. I appreciated his kindness as I felt so silly after the event. Overall, we had a fun day exploring Funtown Splashtown USA. If you are looking for something to entertain the kiddos for the day, this is definitely a nice option.

I understand from the confirmation email that changes needed to be made at least five days in advance, so I recognize why we were charged for 20. However, the main issue was the service that evening. When I asked about the charge, the staff member who introduced herself as our server told me the pizzas for 20 people were already prepared and would be brought out, but she never returned. Another staff member later approached us but was argumentative rather than helpful. At that point, I simply asked for the remaining food to be boxed so we could leave. After waiting about 25 minutes with no follow-up, the food was still sitting untouched. My wife ultimately had to box up her own birthday party food. We spent around $700 expecting a fun milestone celebration, but instead left feeling ignored and frustrated. Given how quiet the venue was, the lack of attention was especially disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve future experiences.

I…read moretook six kids there this Saturday, and it was completely painless to check them all in, and get their rental packages set up. It was absurdly easy, and took maybe 5 minutes total. The kids played ALL day and had an absolute blast. Paint wasn't cheap, but that's to be expected. Rental + 500 rounds was $50. In theory, 500 rounds should have lasted a few hours, but these kids hadn't played paintball before, so they were paint firehoses. Altogether we bought 8,000 rounds for 6 kids for 9am-4pm, which came to $272. We probably should have only needed about half of that, but kids will be kids. I think the standard math is 150 balls per hour in woodsball. 150*7=1,050. They got 500 with the rental. So we should have only needed about 4,000. Just know it can get really expensive, if you're not careful. Also, you have to pay attention to the hours. It says they open at 8am, but games don't start at 8am. They don't start until 9am. It's marked on their website, but easy to miss. I felt like it was (or could have been, anyway) a pretty good value, and the kids loved it.
