I took my teens as they requested up to Wells ,ME for mini golf . They have 18 holes and a cave, waterfall it was very fun. Then they went for a spin on the very quiet electric go carts . They loved it. They have an arcade that is on par with all arcades around here. It was clean, all machines were in good working order. This area is a large haven for vacationers so I was very pleased with the 4 workers we interacted with. They were very helpful, very cheerful even after dealing with so many tourists. I have been coming here while on vacation for years. It could be the coolest mini golf course I've been to. It's not crazy challenging, and fun for everyone. Two adults and one child ran $48, which is pretty insane. We all loved the course, and especially the hole that goes through the cave. The arcade is sweet. It is very clean, and has great games that all work. The arcade is run with the card system. They actually have some pretty decent prizes. Staff were friendly. Every year that we go to Maine, we have to make at least one trip to Wonder Mountain. Our family likes their two mini-golf courses, and their go-karts. They also offer a maze for kids, as well as an ice cream stand and an arcade. The mini-golf courses can get very busy and backed up, so you'll need some patience. If you play closer to dusk, the mosquitos can be a nuisance. They offer two different golf courses, that are both challenging and fun. The go-karts are a blast too. They do offer karts that will hold an adult and a small child, for the kids that want to ride, but are too young to drive themselves. The karts were faster this year, than they have been in the past. My only complaint would be the prices. For three of us to play 18 holes of mini-golf, and two of us to ride the go-karts once, it cost almost $80.00. My husband and I like to do mini golf as a fun weekend activity, and we live close to Raptor Falls so often go there. We wanted to change things up and decided to visit wonder mountain. The prices are reasonable, and if you want to do both courses you only pay half for the second course. We thought the "nautical nightmare" course was much better than the "mountain mania". Mostly because the latter is next to the road for about half of the 18 holes, whereas the former is on the back side of the 'mountain' so it's just generally a nicer atmosphere. I would give it another star if there were concessions, but it killed me to be out there on a hot day and not be able to get a soft drink or snack. We'll probably be back but it wouldn't be my first choice. read more

We really enjoyed the miniature golf (besides the frogs lol), the go karts, but the arcade was disappointing. I bought my son a $40 arcade card and found it hard to spend due to the fact that more than half the games were out of service. The staff was friendly when helping my four year old son get his toys for his tickets. Whole families were running from the course and jumping in their cars, speeding away as the little blood suckers were trailing behind. Friendly staff with clean and well maintained facilities. The video games are newer. The golf course was in good condition. This was a nice family friendly place to go. We went twice. It's also good to mention when we had and issue with broken headsets we won. They replaced them with absolutely no issue even though it was the business next day. Go karts? Cool. Human maze? Sorta cool. Mini golf course? Awesome, when there are no mosquitoes. Arcade? DEPLORABLE! My only gripe with this place is the arcade. Not one arcade cabinet (standup machine) or pinball machine. It's full of Dave and Buster-type skill machines that pay almost nothing in tickets. The claw machines they have are a joke! Either the claw it too small or big for the prize inside and feel rigged. Though the arcade does implement a newer card system like Dave and Busters, it falls very short of an "arcade" experience. Tickets won from the machines are put on the card and when you redeem them, hold on tight because you will be disappointed in the prizes. Though that shouldn't be the focal point of an arcade experience you will have a choice of a 5 ticket piece of candy or a 5000 ticket car piggy bank. Horrible. It's either you get a shit prize or work your wallet to get something cooler and there nothing cool there. It's all garbage you'd buy from Oriental Trading Co. I've been coming to the Ogunquit area for vacation for years so if you want a Dave and Busters-style, reward experience? Go to the arcade near Wells beach. Better machines and doesn't feel too cheap. Want pinball and arcade machines? Go to Fun-O-Rama at York beach. Come here for everything else but not the arcade. I ranked this very low as I'm an old school gamer and if you say arcade, you must have arcade machines. Don't forget the bug spray when you come to Wonder Mountain. read more

Minatare golf was great. Opposed to reviews in years past, the employees were kind and took time to explain the differences between the two courses. The course was in great condition and a lot of fun for our family. Additionally, the arcade is brand new and looks great. Only thing is everything is a bit expensive, but everything in this part of Maine is expensive in the summer. read more

Has the worst customer service, would not waste your money here. The manager is by far most incompetent person to be the manager. He Yells and talks down his customers and gets in your face. While a bit overpriced in my opinion at $9 per person per game, they did have some decent holes compared to others we've been too. It was an okay place to stop for mini golf while trying to kill a few hours before the train. We played both courses, in a group of 4. The Mountain Madness course is way more fun than Nautical Nightmare- MM has fun spinners that give you different rules to play each hole by. One player could have to play only with their feet, or switch scores on the hole with another player. Made it a little different. Overall, though, it was kind of boring. The holes aren't very creatively designed and aren't very hard- we're not especially skilled players but we got multiple holes in one. I would say it'd be a good place for families that have small children, but the six-stroke limit isn't enforced at all...we got stuck behind a family with two little kids and were waiting on every single hole. They should make sure to remind families that have kids of the limit so as not to bring everyone's game down. TL;DR: Average tourist trap mini golf. read more

Absolutely worst customer service ever encountered in the area. Website front page clearly stated that they opened early. They did not open as their hours changed and they did not update their website. After consoling really upset kids that wanted to go, we let the place know about their incorrect website. In response they left an angry, rude voicemail. When confronted in person, the attendant was just as rude and blatantly didn't care about anything. 10/10 will go again, superb lawn and fast pace course it was as if we were the only people there. complementary golf balls are found around the course, parking was a dream so many options! the music could have been louder, and the waterfall could've been working, and the courses themselves could've been a little cleaner. I have been in the service industry for many years, i have seen a lot of different people come and go. Never in my life have i ever passed judgement on anyone because of the way they looked or dressed. I will admit i have a funny hair cut but i had it cut this way for a charity event for a friend that past away from cancer, it was an 80s party theme charity. When i showed up at Wonder mountain i was told that I was a "Motley crew"and that I was "wasted". i insured the lady at the desk that i was not and had not been drinking, she then told me i was "high". This place is great! When we drove by Wonder Mountain, our kids begged us to play! When we arrived at the window, the cashier was polite and friendly, and even made conversation with our kids. After we paid, we got to choose the course we wanted to play. We played the easier of the two, and it was awesome. There were plenty of flowers and the course was well kept. The waterfalls were nice and the bridges added a nice touch. When we finished our game, we decided to cool off in the arcade. They have tons of fun games and wicked cool prizes. The maze was fun as well! It got buggy as it got darker but they even gave us complimentary bug spray! We had an amazing experience! I definitely recommend this mini golf course to others and we will be back again soon! read more
