The tripitas tacos were crunchy as requested, and honestly tasted better than Tacos Mexico down in La Puente California with less of the intestinal tastes. The Al Pastor with a bbqed pineapple on top was chef's kiss, was marinated just right, right amount of char, and both crispy crunchy and fatty, paired together with onions and cilantro...
