so first off, I want to say, the employees and staff of this location did their jobs. I ordered three regular size chili cheese fries and two chili dogs. Raw onions were added to every item. Upon getting home my family and I began to eat these items but within an hour my wife began to feel sick, and then I began to throw up as well. We were in disbelief, Wienerschnitzel has never done this to us. We looked at the rest of our food, could it be the onions? This is usually the the place we go when we get fast food since it's not far from the house. I don't think I will ever go back. I spent $30 for a crowd pleaser meal and a few extra hot dogs and no problems when I ordered. I took the food back home for my family only to notice that once we started eating the food was terrible and over cooked. ALL the hotdogs were hard and crunchy. It was so bad that I drive back and took about half the order back and showed the manager merena that all my hotdogs were hard and that I wanted a refund. (I have 2 sick toddlers at home and never drive back somewhere to return food but this was horrible who gives out crunchy hot dogs.) She only gave me $10 back for some of the food that was returned.....and did not offer any other solutions.....I shouldn't have had to pack it all back up when you see that all the 5 hotdogs that I returned were crunchy. And not once did she offer to remake any of my order or comp any food or a drink like most managers would have to get me to come back. By far the worst experienced I have had in any restaurant in a long time. The only solution was I can call the owner on Monday. Tight squeeze, and the paint job on the walls do show signs of previous cars hitting. The cashier never acknowledged me at the window and plainly said "Your food coming right out in a bit".
