The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!

The street taco was flavorful and good - about what you'd expect from a cubed steak taco. The hot sauce was good - just enough zing but not overpowering. They only have outdoor seating. Generally we see city employees taking their meal breaks there. On this particular lunch, it was a bit cool out, so we ate in our car. The trash cans were convenient so it was easy to throw our trash away. If we are out and about, between errands, we would stop by again.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the tater tots were very lacking on the toppings, as there were hardly any bacon bits or arugula, and just enough tomato to cleanse my palate but not to fully enjoy. There was also only one drizzle of the ranch dressing, and none on the bottom layer. Flavor profile was amazing though! Our food was delivered to us within 10 minutes! It was also relatively empty and quiet when we arrived around 11:15am, but started to fill up before noon
