    Deceptive Advertising Alert: Similar to observations made by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discrepancy was noted even after viewing the advertisement on a Sunday--a day the dealership is closed, indicating no possible sales could have occurred. This situation strongly suggests deceptive marketing practices, which are in violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. The screenshot clearly shows the car VIN, Model and everything including the Price, but when contacted, the car was sold on Sunday (even though they are closed).

    I highly recommend Wiesner Hyundai of Conroe - The Woodlands and my kick ass saleman- Kenneth Brocken. He and his manager Michael Dixon made my car buying experience incredibly simple and free of crazy shenanigans. I went in on a Wednesday morning to see what vehicles they had to offer. I really enjoyed the brand new Palisade, but they didn't have the interior color i wanted. So, we made a deal on a vehicle that wasn't on the lot, then i had my financing in order, and I returned the next day in the evening when the car showed up and we finalized the deal! Kenny came recommended from CodPopper Guinn and I am very glad he did! I had previously went to a dealer on the SE side of Houston and my time was completely wasted. So again thanks for the super easy buying experience and I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to see Kenny in Conroe!! Love love love the Palisade!!!!

Aaron was our first salesman, he was extremely polite and was a great conversationalist. Hes very persistent, but has your best interest in mind. Cant forget Juan! I was his first sale, and i didnt even realize until after the purchase! He was extremely engaged with what we were looking for, attentive to answering every question he could,and he made it a point to listen intently to our needs. Not only did he bring us water immediately, but he eventually directed us to, and showed us how to use their really nice coffee maker in their lobby while they ran my credit. Lastly, our financial half was handled very smoothly. Ty did amazingly by explaining everything extremely well. He was patient when we asked questions, and was very keen on making sure we understood everything. Very through and through with his process. All in all, our experience at this dealership was extremely amazing and i would 10/10 recommend going here. AND ASK FOR JUAN! Hes a great representation for this fine establishment. I absolutely love my new car, and the detailing was done very efficiently. throughout my entire time driving over an hour home, i had a smile on my face, and felt amazing driving is a 2023 nissan altima, for the cheapest price out of all 10+ dealerships all over this half of texas. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle after a devastating hail storm took out our Chevy Cavalier. We did our research and decided on the 2016 Kia Soul. We actually live in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, but after doing some internet pricing, we discovered that no Kia Dealership in our area could compete with Cowboy Kia's prices! As a result, we made the 2 1/2 hour drive down to Conroe, and are so happy that we did! Our salesperson was Joe Holeman, and his sales manager was Joel. From the minute we walked in the door on a rainy Saturday night, these guys made us feel right at home. We were immediately able to test drive the beautiful silver Kia Soul that we now call our own. Joe and Joel were fantastic to work with because they listened to exactly what we told them we could afford, and did everything they could to find us an amazing interest rate, without any high pressure sales at all. My husband and I were able to talk everything out, and within 3 hours of walking in the door, we were walking out as new Kia Soul owners. The finance team was also the best we have ever worked with. The finance director explained everything in clear detail and made sure we got the loan we needed to fit our budget. I think the best thing about this dealership is the way that they treat their customers. They were genuinely friendly, caring, and helpful. Easiest car buy experience we have ever had. We plan on purchasing our future vehicles from Cowboy Kia, and would recommend them to all of our friends and family! An hour later and they tell me they're just now getting back to work... now I have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour. Why aren't the departments communicating?! I wouldn't mind coming at 10 if that meant I didn't have to be here for 2 hours! Tell your front desk ladies to not schedule service appointments if there's going to be no service. You're better off at a competitor

When I pointed out the error, Service Advisor Jeremy Clifton was dismissive, claiming "new parts look different." It was physically impossible to install the part they insisted I buy. To top it off, Service Manager Mackenzie ignored my follow-up requests for days. This follows a previous incident where they cross-threaded my oil pan and denied responsibility. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, stay away from this service center.

I've been begging them to take me off their email list for years but I keep being added again. I recently received emails again in November 2025 and I expect I will continue to receive them. The worst, most egregious example is that they even sent me an email requesting approval for works carried out on someone's car - keeping in mind i am not their customer. BEWARE if you work with them and someone starts approving works for your car because they sent it to the wrong email!!! I live in a completely different country and do not drive. I am not their customer. Terrible data security, spammy business. Terrible.

The next day John sent me a text in the AM confirming our appointment that day with his picture in front of the car, I confirmed. I sent John a text that I was in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. When I arrived at dealership the car was parked out front, I went to the front desk asked for John and he jumped up from a desk in the area and told me that he just sold the car and he was with the client. Very poor communications. You don't conduct business this way. The scheduled appointment meant nothing. The are allot more professional sales people at dealerships out there. I stopped Sewell Audi and had a professional salesperson an bought a car that same day.
