I was so excited to go…read morehere when this place opened up especially since Ch 1 beauty supply was going out of business as well as I didn't particularly care for the asian owner's attitude but this new guy...I'll admit, he himself seems nice and he has not rubbed me the wrong way but the two Pit Bulls that he has working with him are causing him not to get my money and I would have loved to spend so much money there seeing how they have so many unique things but HELL NAW! I will NOT be going back in there, I will tell everyone that I know not to shop there! As soon as I walk in the door they're breathing down your neck, "Hi, how are you? Can I help you with anything?" "No, I'm fine," I say and then that should have been the end of conversation but I swear as soon as I pick up something I'm being asked again. Then I'm being watched as if I'm going to steal something. It's different if I'm being watched and it's discreet but no, I'm being seriously watched like I already stole something. I don't like that! I need space to breath and shop! Then as I'm looking at something, they are asking me for the 5th time do I need help and in my personal space, bitch back the fuck up! I don't want any help and if I did I would let you know! He's got both of those bitches trained to attack at any moment and it's sad they let him use them like that against their own people. All black ain't the same and I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal by my own kind. And if you think my review, my opinion, and my word of mouth won't effect your business. Discount Drug Mart may be one of North Collinwood/Euclid's best neighborhood gems. Open from 9 am…read moreuntil 10 pm, sometimes I feel like this place is a club with the number of people stopping in at any given moment. They have all the essentials of any drug store including a pharmacy, but what sets DDM apart is that they have an array of fresh grocery items, a full wine/beer aisle, large freezer section, and a deli where you can get fresh sliced meats and cheeses. The seasonal aisle is ALWAYS on point and has great deals for things like Halloween or Valentine's Day candy. This location also has one of the only Fresh Pet refrigerators in the area. It's usually heavily stocked with fresh foods and snacks for cats and dogs (at a better price than Pet Supplies Plus). The thing I love most about this store, is that it is super neighborhood centered and provides a great option for people who live nearby but have no transportation, or a hard time getting around to major grocery stores. The cashiers are friendly, and overall I think people are generally happy just being here. I know I am.

After several attempts to contact the company I finally got through today. I spoke with a polite young lady and came to find out THEY HADNT EVEN SHIPPED THE PRODUCT! literally never even made it out of their warehouse I had to cancel and reorder with a local company last minute. Gross oversight. They had terrible reviews, unfortunately I didn't trust them, I decided to trust the photos and comments on instagram instead- huge mistake. Save yourself the time and money and PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Smh. Gotta do better y'all.
