Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

Lucky for me the flatware was located right at the door I entered. The employee who was nearby greeted me with a smile. And asked if she could help me. Of course she could since I never have been here. She showed me where to go and stayed around and answered a few questions I had as well. All in all I was happy to stop in. I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.

It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

Not everything was super expensive, though there were very expensive pieces. Every corner is impeccably curated and filled with beautiful, thoughtful items. Laura of Pembroke is newly on my list of places to visit when I need a gift or want to buy something for myself (you know, for when you get in that mood of just wanting to buy something for yourself). Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.
