When I asked her is it customary to ask the customer for their phone number to apply to there reward points she stated she forgot to ask and I could get points on my next purchase however, what will that do for my purchase today? She responded that it was nothing she could do since the transaction was completed. I didn't address it any further and I was in a hurry but, please remind your staff to be customer focused and remember to ask the customer for there phone number for reward points.
