We were greeted with a friendly hello by a man at the cashier desk, who I assumed was the manager. They have a plethora of beauty products throughout the front of the store as well as a variety of accessories, hair extensions and much more. My adult daughter is diagnosed with Alopecia Universalis but is still fairly new to wig wearing so it was nice to have knowledgeable people to help guide us through purchasing without feeling like we were being pressured to buy. The worker that helped us was named Evelyn and she was so nice and available when we needed her, but didn't hover over us while we looked. Other places we've been too were overbearing and really push for that commission, but I didn't feel that way here. The signs say they allow you to try on 3 wigs max per day, but there were only 3 my daughter was interested in, so we didn't have an issue with that. Overall it was a positive experience and we are happy with our purchase. We will definitely coming back here again when she needs a new wig.

My daughter is currently undergoing chemo for leukemia. It was inevitable that she would lose her hair, although she (in particular) prayed that would not be the case. Alas, the warning signs of total hair loss started to appear. Even though I live out of state, I contacted Echo by phone to inquire if she could make an off-site visit to my daughter while she was in the hospital. Leukemia chemo is pretty intense, and my daughter will be in the hospital for quite some time, making a mandatory salon visit out of the question. I hoped Echo would be able to see her prior to all of her hair loss, and Echo came through. Did she ever! In the words of my daughter: "She really nailed it." When her wig was fitted (after total hair loss), even my daughter had to admit that it looks incredible. My daughter also commented that Echo is "so lovely" and that she's "a genuine human being." Such care and concern - and absolutely talent - is so admirable and very comforting, particularly for those undergoing cancer treatment. Definitely wonderful. Incredible service and brilliant work. Echo is a true genius when it comes to wigs. What an angel.
