She truly takes her time to make sure things are perfect. I had two bald patches on either side of my head that bothered me whenever my hair was up and you could even see it when my hair was down. I didn't think that at 25 I would get scalp micropigmentation, but I truly couldn't be happier with the results!! I can't believe what a difference this process made and how perfectly it matches my hair color. I gained some confidence back and it's all thanks to Trish. They kept telling me they ordered another system for months and months only for me to find out that they never ordered it. We went through this several times. She cut my hair beautifully, did the balayage highlights I asked for, and was just friendly and sweet throughout the entire experience. She understands facial aesthetics for both men and women, and she's both techical and artistic in her work. I've referred at least 50 people to her over the years, and every single one of them has been extremely pleased. The look she provides using Botox or Dysport is very natural. The same when using dermal fillers..... I Highly recommend Bonnie at Enliven Med Spa. Important to also note that the spa does more than Botox and filler. They do Hormone Replacement, IV Infusion for Weight Loss, IV B-12 vitamin infusion...... They use Methylcobalmin in their IV's which is far superior to Cyanocobalmin. Many Med Spa's use the cheap B-12 because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life, but it's also stable because it's bound to a cyanide molecule, not only that, Cyanocobalmin Is not the active form of the vitamin either, so people with genetic anomalies that cause B-12 deficiency will benefit greatly. NAD and Glutathione are also used, as well as recovery and other formulations. I turn 44 in a few days, and I look and feel amazing.... i attribute much of my youthful appearance to Bonnie!

Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything after several attempts. So I had to escalate with the loan company, PatientFi. They were able to get me refunded $4600 of the $7000. HairCLub is essentially fining me $2400 for cancelling. I reached back out several times, and heard nothing. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. They then decided to give me another $1200 back, so I'm still out $1200. When is the last time you went to a store and spent $1200 and left with nothing?! This is wrong, and should be illegal and they know it. I will never let this go. Shame on you HairClub! That's literally stealing hard-earned money. After leaving this review, I was contacted by the VP of OPS, Zach Robbins, who offered me a bribe of $400 to remove the review. So I'd still be out $800, but then they silence me too? What a deal!
