Yes, there are angels walking among us. Echo went above and beyond, and I am eternally grateful that I found such a kind, compassionate, talented and informative woman. My daughter is currently undergoing chemo for leukemia. It was inevitable that she would lose her hair, although she (in particular) prayed that would not be the case. Alas, the warning signs of total hair loss started to appear. Even though I live out of state, I contacted Echo by phone to inquire if she could make an off-site visit to my daughter while she was in the hospital. Leukemia chemo is pretty intense, and my daughter will be in the hospital for quite some time, making a mandatory salon visit out of the question. I hoped Echo would be able to see her prior to all of her hair loss, and Echo came through. Did she ever! In the words of my daughter: "She really nailed it." When her wig was fitted (after total hair loss), even my daughter had to admit that it looks incredible. My daughter also commented that Echo is "so lovely" and that she's "a genuine human being." Such care and concern - and absolutely talent - is so admirable and very comforting, particularly for those undergoing cancer treatment. Definitely wonderful. Incredible service and brilliant work. I am in love with my new wig, and I'm in love with Echo!! She's literally a wig expert and the wig she customized for me is perfect and above and beyond what I ever dreamed of having. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I am new to alternative hair and purchased a Follea human hair topper from a reputable salon in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, I ended up not loving the color of it once I started wearing it but the salon I purchased it from wasn't able to provide a solution that was agreeable to me. I reached out to the maker of the topper and they referred me to Echo. As I was going to be in San Diego for vacation anyhow, I figured I would see what she could do. Echo was responsive to my inquiry and said a test strand would be needed to see what she could do (made perfect sense), so I made an appointment for when I would be in the area. My appointment was lovely! She took extra time to listen to me, provide some guidance/suggestions about toppers in general, and even gave me a little trim to help even up the topper. As the testing process was going to take several hours, I left it with her and went about my day. Some time later, she texted me with the results (including photos) and we agreed to proceed. I picked up the topper at the end of the day and could tell that the subtle highlights and root shadowing at the part line she did were going to make a world of difference. I didn't wear it for the rest of the vacation, but once I got home, I took it out, fluffed it up, and put it on. WOW! She turned my frown upside down for sure! It looks amazing....the coloring, the styling (she washed and set it), really helped it look even more realistic. I now feel like I see my old self in the mirror when wearing it :).
