Horrible attitudes and service. Went in for a title change, and was told I needed to have insurance before I got the car. Took all of 15 minutes. But when it was about one minute to close they suddenly spring on us that it would cost $25 dollars for another 15 minutes and it would be charged as soon as it hit 5pm. I get it's end of day and people want to go home, and we were not being rude with anyone. But the manager comes to the front and basically pushes us out the door and doesn't care what our circumstances are. Then rudely asks us, are we doing it or not and if so we're paying $25 extra, but if not leave. His words to us were, "either way I don't really care." I guess since it's a small, local chain auto tag business, and they get plenty of customers they think they can talk to people any way they want. It wasn't just unprofessional, but completely ignorant the way the manager spoke to us. We simply were trying to get things done as quickly as we could so staff could go home. How about putting a sign up so people know about the extra charge for after hour services instead of springing it on them one minute before close? But I know nothing will change, and they'll keep rolling on since they get plenty of customers. read more

I paid these guys to do a job. I get a letter from the fish and boat commission stating they cant title or register my jet ski because I didnt pay them enough money. I called Wiggins back and they told me I needed paper sent from commission to do anything. all they need is the vin and or tag number to fix their mistake. I should not have to fix a problem they created and were paid to do. very unprofessional of them. why did I even pay them if the job did not get completed. see you in small claims, you will pay me for my time. read more

The Thorndale location is the best auto tag store I have ever been to - not that I visit them a lot lol but I was really pleased with their service. I have visited them twice in the last two months because my local auto tag place gave me some incorrect information when I bought my car. Then right after my auto tag store gave me misinformation, I went with my daughter to the Thorndale auto tag store as she was buying my old car.They were amazingly professional, patient and very efficient when helping her, and they also answered my questions concerning the misinformation that I had received elsewhere. Two months later I received a notice from the state saying that they wanted to suspend my registration because they thought I had no auto insurance, I drove one hour to go back to Thorndale auto tags because I had faith that they would fix the situation for me. I have never been without auto insurance but my new insurance company never notified the state that I had new insurance so they thought I was without insurance. The people at Thorndale said that since it was not my fault and that since I had never had a lapse in auto insurance, that they could fix the situation with the state that day. They were knowledgeable and made me feel so much better considering it wa a really annoying situation. I was really impressed with these guys so I took the time out of my really busy day to write them a review because I feel that they deserve it. read more

Very poor service, staff is rude. They close 15 min early before closing time and yell at you for daring to visit their business during their advertised opening hours. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on,. read more
