I put it back in the original box but the girl took one look at it and said it was too big and would need to be repacked. She did not even look at my return barcode. So I took it to staples. Staples took it out of the box and put it in a "Happy returns" basket with other returns and said that is the way they require it to be returned. Makes sense. Less cost for one big box instead of a bunch of little ones. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way. I suspect UPS is also supposed to do that but because she did not even look at the return slip, they lost my business. I'll use another shipper in the future.
