Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Its better to do just a little bit of extra research and find another business to support. If the staff are that inattentive when speaking with you, I have to wonder what happens to their documentation after you leave. read more

The manager of the Thorndale location took our information and said he would fax it to our loan company to request the title after the "rush". Its been 3 weeks so we called our loan company to see how much longer it would be before our titles were mailed out. We were told they are processed in 48 hours and mailed out, they should have them by now. So I called to check with Kyle's. A sweet woman answered the phone, she normally works at the West Chester location. She looked in the folder that this paper work would be in and couldn't located mine or my partners. We were both there at the same time to do this request. She suggested I call Rachel at the West Chester location and speak with her since she is the owners daughter and the general manager. Rachel was rude, dismissive and tried to blame the Loan company, claiming it takes 30 days. I tried to explain that we already spoke with the woman at the Thorndale location that couldn't even find our paperwork that should have been faxed. Rachel continued to blame the loan company. At that point I said she shouldn't be blaming the loan company, she should be apologizing. She said she didn't like my tone and she was trying to help... (she wasn't only trying to push off the mistake as someone elses... like blaming the kitchen when you are a waitress and forget to put someone's order in....) she said she would call the woman covering at the Thorndale location to see if shes looking in the right place and call me back. In the mean time, spoke with a supervisor at our loan company that confirmed a request was never received. I tried to call Rachel back, 45 minutes later since that's how long I was on the phone to speak to a supervisor with my loan company... .and she wasn't available. We are now at 4 hours later and she still hasn't returned the call. I did speak with the sweet lady covering at Thorndale and asked again about the paper work. She said she couldn't find anything. I told her I wasn't going to call Rachel back because she was incredibly dismissive and rude and that we would be taking our business else where. They have cost us 3 weeks now. Rachel should not be a "general manager" she needs loads of training on how to handle this. The manager of the Thorndale location should be better trained if he can't handle 3 people in line on a Friday afternoon. He had 1 job to do and failed. read more

Kyle's has processed all of our cars for years, including a complicated antique import car from Florida with improper title. They helped us solve the issue. The "other guys" told us they didn't know how to do our import. read more

Very positive experience getting my out of state car registered in PA at Kyle's. I was in and out within 10 minutes. When I forgot my proof of insurance at home, they allowed me to email it to them from my phone while I was there in the office. The one thing they forgot to share with me is the fact that I have to get the car inspected within 10 days of getting it registered. I had no idea what the protocol is so I had to google that myself once I got home. read more

My husband lost his wallet which, obviously, contained all needed info. He originally stopped at Wiggins, whose personnel gave him attitude and a high price to replace his drivers license. So he went to Kyle's. Was helped by Kyle who was friendly, thorough and very helpful. Price was less too. 5 days later a new license arrived in the mail....
