So, very carefully they moved this set onto their trailer. Wrapped the pieces & brought it to my home. Once there they decided how to move things into place they started bringing things in. The morning of my move, I was told no crew was available. I had flown cross-country solo, and without other options, I agreed to reschedule for the following day, including booking an additional night of hotel and paying increased airfare. Haze confirmed they would be there... The following day, after the first last-minute cancellation, they were unresponsive to multiple texts and calls over a multi-hour period, both from me and from agents at Uhaul. They did not show. They did not respond. They cost me hundreds of dollars in increased moving fees and travel overages, and have still been completely unresponsive. Buyer beware...

He was persistent about my belonings being stored in his storage unit and I tried communicating multiple times I would like to have my belonings removed but I was not sure what to do because he was going to charge me again to remove my belongings out of his storage unit. So then I hire a company to have them removed and they left some of my boxes there because of miscommunication.
